A little help anyone ? Muscle Cramps!!
I take
Magnesium
and drink plenty of water. What else can I do. It’s been going on here and there for the last couple years. But, Recently it seems they are in stranger / new places and definitely worse. 3 nights in two weeks after thinking they were gone for some time.

PACs instead of AFib
I take hawthorn/
magnesium
glycinate/taurine/CoQ10 daily. Had my first episode this year in June and thought it was strangely a lighter episode than usual. Then 2 wks later another "light" episode that lasted just a few hrs and was able to count heartrate and was 112.

Supplements
I'm very cautious but as DIY want to see if tweaking things might help. 🤔 So any views or experiences on
magnesium
or b6 please.

Magnesium citrate
Does anyone on here take
Magnesium
citrate long-term? I started taking it just before Xmas after finding a recommendation on here & it has definitely helped with constipation. Having done a bit more research with Mr. Google I am a bit worried that prolonged use can have side effects.

Long term Ppi
I'd also like to take a
magnesium
supplement but I'm told PPI's stop the absorption of this necessary vitamin . Is there a solution to this or a middle ground ?

Hydration of Levothyroxine: Anhydrous vs. Pentahydrate
In the document I referred to earlier, it says: [i]The old formulation of Eltroxin was manufactured by blending all the ingredients except for the
magnesium
stearate and a portion of the maize starch.

Does magnesium interfere with calcium absorption?
I started seeing low calcium symptoms like cramps and I was wondering if I’m taking too much
magnesium
and if it interfers with the calcium.

Nightly afib!
Well, despite trying everything from
magnesium
taurate to arginine, vitamin C and D and everything in between. I still get nightly episodes of afib that wake me usually between tow to three hours after going to bed!

An interview with Dr Aileen Burford Mason - Magnesium deficiency
After watching this, I feel that the most important supplement for Parkinson's is the
magnesium
. She also provides guidance on dosage. One important thing I noted was that calcium intake is must alongside
magnesium
. Why? Watch it for details. You will not find this interview from anywhere else.

Magnesium question - another one!
I used to take
Magnesium
to try and help the symptoms of my AF. I still have permanent AF but also a Pacemaker, so I stopped taking it. I am wondering what others in this community think.

News that worried us and studies that gave us hope (04/2022).
Magnesium
concentration in Parkinson's patients is low. A relationship has been observed between the
magnesium
level and the duration and severity of the disease (Barbiroli 1999).

Zinc and magnesium
I have been told not to take zin and
magnesium
together but there are studies that show there are benefits to taking it together. People on here seem to think better you is a good place for vitamins, they are just one of the places that reccomend taking both together

AF and Cognitive Decline
That said, at least I'm on anti-coagulants and my AF is under control thanks to my ablations, medication and
magnesium
. I have written up a summary of the interview with Professor Ben Freedman from the Heart Research Institute in Sydney.
