Indeed a very informative interview. Most of the things were new for me. After watching this, I feel that the most important supplement for Parkinson's is the magnesium. She also provides guidance on dosage. One important thing I noted was that calcium intake is must alongside magnesium. Why? Watch it for details. You will not find this interview from anywhere else. So watch it before the links expire
Metabolic imbalances linked to the lack of the right levels of potassium, calcium and magnesium in the body. they can cause cramps, even nerve cramps. The problem is that calcium needs an acidic environment to release the assimilable Ca + ion, and the body is often not acidic. To solve this problem it is mixed with apple cider vinegar which makes it easily assimilated by the body. For this, various preparations based on calcium gluconate and magnesium carbonate and acidified with apple cider vinegar are sold; in my opinion much more bio available.
I prepare it by mixing the individual ingredients (calcium gluconate and magnesium carbonate 2:1 ,+ apple cider vinegar, + hot water) , it lasts two or three days then if it is left over I throw it away.
After watching this most outstanding and easy to understand video late last night, I doubled my normal dose of 120mg magnesium glycinate at bedtime. I woke up early and refreshed as well as set up so quickly in bed I paused to reflect on what just happened. Normally, rising first thing in am is a slow stiff effort. Thinking back many years, I could speculate I've been short on magnesium for a long time. Tks for posting!
