The feet. Why the feet!
I rub
magnesium
butter into my feet every night but I don’t think it makes any difference personally. But the feet. What is it with the feet?!?

Hypnosis
DR prescribed 1200 mg Gabapentin and 400 mg of
Magnesium
. I am uncomfortable as my RL occurrences are all over the place. Hence wondering if Hypnosis would offer any relief. RL problems about 2 years now.

Timings of meds...
Question...where is the best place to take K2....and perhaps
magnesium
because of leg cramps? I will try K2 via food...apparently sauerkraut is good, but it has to be the unpasteurised type. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you again.

When to take iron
But also not close to when I take other minerals such as calcium or
magnesium
, or certain medicines like my thyroid medicine. Is it OK then to take iron at the same time I take my RLS medicine, which at this time is still ropinerole, before bed?

DXA Bone Density T score Lumbar spine from -4.0 to -3.6
For the past two years I have been taking Marine collagen, vitamin D, calcium, and
magnesium
. I also started Pilates on 11/2021 and I go 4-5 a week. I have to see my doctor next week, but was wondering if anyone knows if this is an indication that what I'm doing seems to be working?

Magnesium
blood testing is not accurate for determining tissue
magnesium
levels because the blood only accounts for .08% of body
magnesium
with the rest being in the bones, muscles and soft tissues, with these last two being where many FM symptoms are felt.

Very dry eyes and constipation linked to dose decrease?
Magnesium
Citrate 600mgs a day doesn't seem to be working. Bought Senokot (Senna) just in case. Haven't tried it yet because the reviews scared me. Anyone have any tips for the dry eyes and constipation? I appreciate you all 🙏

6 Red Flags to Watch Out For When Buying Vitamins & Supplements. As per Consumer Lab
For example, only 14% of
magnesium
bisglycinate is
magnesium
and only 11% of
magnesium
citrate is
magnesium
. This doesn't mean these aren't good forms of
magnesium
, but it is important that a label tell you exactly how much of the mineral you are getting.

Magnesium and Warfarin
With
magnesium
being championed as the mineral of choice for us afibers, I was shocked to see that
magnesium
contraindicates with warfarin and can increase the risk of bleeding? Interestingly I’ve noticed my INR has fallen not risen since taking
magnesium
?
