Continued success with Vitamin B1
I still take a multivitamin, a vitamin d and a
magnesium
tablet on a morning as well as 64mg of iron on an evening before bed. I did also sometimes use a
magnesium
spray but have not needed to for a good month or so.

How to nurture bone health
Magnesium
is nature’s relaxant. Ahhhhh. Bones are fascinating and there is still so much to learn about them. For now, simply acknowledge their value and take small actions to improve and support ongoing bone health.

Magnesium Taurate
I have, for many years, purchased Cardiovascular Research
Magnesium
Taurate, 125mg, 180 Capsules from Amazon. Seemingly they don’t do them anymore. Does anyone suggest a replacement for AF or an alternative supplier they have used please?

Bowel inflammation - any link to PMR/GCA?
I tried cutting out
magnesium
, omeprazole and AA, all with no effect, though I have now stopped the AA completely. I know AA stays in the body for some years, so still suspect it as being the cause. My GP referred me to gastroenterology, appointment was this week.

Some hope!
Whether it was just time and habituation, or the actual supplement, I believe that
Magnesium
did help with my sleep which in turn may have helped the Tinnitus.
