I am now at over 600 on my PSA. Started Lynparza 3 week ago. Started some palliative radiation today so I know the fatigue will get worse. Is anyone finding anything that will help the fatigue?

Any thing that can help with extreme fatigue?
Working out works for me. I also eat light with minimal red meat. Works for me
To overcome fatigue..The two things work for many men are (1) Regular physical exercise very day like 4 mile walk a day plus some resistance exercises and streching) (2) Lots of colored vegetables and foods in each meal.
Exercise works, especially weight lifting.
Provigil is a medication you should ask about. It's helped me a lot. Good luck!
If all labs are okay, then Provigil is worth considering. Or dexmethylphenidate 5 mg while on this trial. Tell doctor if you are having difficulty staying focused.
Provigil has helped but it affects the Lynparza on effectiveness. So I try to keep it for times I have to be at my best in my business.
I'm not an expert but:PSA 600, palliative radiation. Sound like cancer is wearing you down.
You are probably fairly fatigued. Add the fatigue side effect of Lynparza and it is just exaggerated.
Even if you could start a good weight lifting, exercising regime today it will take awhile for the benefits.
Looks to me like the consideration mentioned by MateoBeach would suit you now.
It seems like he is the only one who actually thought about what you are probably going thru at this moment.
Look into getting into excercise when you are able. Or as soon as you are able.
