Maybe not just for Men with Gene Mutations (like BRCA 1/2, or ATM).

Question: if current SOC is to start Zytiga upfront (with Lupron, Orgovyx, etc.), how are they defining mCRPC in this study, and is Lympharza started at beginning or simply when initial combo fails?

Here's a link to the trial. I haven't had a chance to read it yet - clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show...

Still confused. Did they test on that shrinking group of men who (like me) are on Lupron only (or Firmagan, Orgovyx, Eligard, etc.) when they become mCRPC? Worthwhile knowledge, but it seem rare for anyone to even address that group.

Maybe TA can weigh 8in

dhccpa, I read your Bio. It is very short. Are you saying you are on Lupron only? No 3rd gen like Zytiga or Xtandi? If you start one of those here, I would bet that you will lower PSA and return to Hormone Sensitivity. But that would be automatic by most MO’s unless you have said No.This study of Lynparza with Zytiga or Xtandi, which usually is only for Men with DNA Repair Genes like BRCA 1/2, or ATM, showed that it also worked for Men with no Gene mutations.
