My Psa has gone from 40 to 50 over past three months. However, my scans show very little progression. My onc and I are trying to decide if due to the scans we continue on Lynparza for a while. My other option is going back to chemo. Any thoughts. Should scans override PSA increase.

In general, change in treatment are decided when there is radiological evidence of disease progression.
If you can tolerate Lynparza longer, consider combining with a radiopharmaceutical (Xofigo or Pluvicto):
My husband's MO told us that he would keep him on Lynparza for a while. PSA in January was 260. It's 16.8 now. The last 4 weeks PSA only came down 1 digit. Scans are mid June. Fingers crossed to ride this train as long as possible. Take what we can get right now. Blood work is decent.
