I was diagnosed on May 25, 2023, and classified as watch and wait. Treatment, I believe, is warranted. I'll see the hem/onc on June 20, 2024. I'd greatly appreciate your feedback, words of advice, and encouragement. I'm a little nervous.

Comparison: CT abdomen and pelvis 5/30/2023
Findings:
01. LIVER: Stable cysts. No new or worrisome lesion.
02. SPLEEN: Measures 11 cm. Nonspecific hypoattenuating lesion in the posterior spleen measures 0.7 cm x 0.5 cm (series 3, image 31), new since prior exam.
03. PANCREAS: Normal.
04. GALLBLADDER/BILIARY TREE: No biliary duct dilatation. Normal gallbladder.
05. ADRENALS: Normal.
06. KIDNEYS: Indeterminate lesion in the upper pole of the left kidney measures 1.6 cm x 1.5 cm (series 3, image 29), unchanged. Indeterminate lesion in the interpole of the right kidney measures 1.0 cm x 0.7 cm (series 3, image 38), previously 0.5 cm in size. No hydronephrosis, renal calculus.
07. LYMPHADENOPATHY/RETROPERITONEUM: Increased size of the lymphadenopathy in the mesentery and retroperitoneum with reference lesions as follows:
-Anterior left para-aortic lymph node measures 5.1 cm x 2.2 cm (series 3, image 35), previously 4.0 x 2.0 cm.
-Left para-aortic lymph node measures 5.4 cm x 3.3 cm (series 3, image 50), previously 4.4 x 2.5 cm.
-Porta hepatis lymph node measures 3.5 cm x 2.1 cm (series 3, image 25), previously 3.0 x 1.5 cm.
-The largest conglomerate in the mesentery measures 7.0 cm x 3.8 cm (series 3, image 44).
08. BOWEL: No bowel related abnormality
09. PELVIC VISCERA: The prostate gland measures 4.5 cm. Normal urinary bladder.
10. PELVIC LYMPH NODES: Pelvic lymphadenopathy has increased in size with reference lesions as follows:
-Right external iliac lymph node measures 5.0 cm x 2.3 cm (series 3, image 87), previously 3.9 x 2.0 cm.
-Left inguinal lymph node measures 2.9 cm x 2.4 cm (series 3, image 100), previously 2.4 x 2.0 cm.
11. VASCULATURE: Patent and normal caliber aorta
12. PERITONEUM/ABDOMINAL WALL: No ascites.
13. SKELETAL: No aggressive osseous lesion
