Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated
Hello, I’m new to this. My mom was diagnosed with stage 2b lung cancer. She had lower and middle right lobes removed. They actually changed the stage to 1. Good news you would think. She is 71 and smoked for 55 years. Stopped in March after the pet scan confirmation. She has colorectal cancer 20 years

Big week, big challenges
Next weekend I'm walking from Camber Sands to Margate as I look to take on the Big 100. 65+ miles over two days isn't going to be easy but I'm really looking forward to the challenge which will also be a good test for my lungs. It'll also be really good for me, mentally. The pneumothorax really hit

To Those with Experience with Immunotherapy
Would you please take just a few minutes of your time to complete the Lung Cancer Registry's Immunotherapy Survey? It provides very important information to researchers and oncologists - information that can only come from those of us who are being treated or have been treated with one of the immunotherapy

Mum's stage 4 diagnosis
Last Monday my mum was diagnosed with a non-specific stage 4 lung cancer. I say non-specific as the consultant does not want to put her through a bronchoscopy as he has suggested that whilst it will reveal the type of cancer she has, it won't ultimately change anything in terms of treatment. We've been

I'm so glad to be on this group. I've read all your posts and I want to tell you I'm so sorry for those of you still suffering with little help. That is me. We must not give up hope. I'm in the Atlanta area. My nightmare began 8 years ago when I began to experience severe constipation and colon pain

new nodule found one year after lobectomy
One year ago in a weird incident of Tachycardia (caused by dehydration) following a bout of intestinal virus, I was given a x-ray of my heart to rule out other heart issues. My heart was fine, but nodules were found in my lungs. Long story made shorter, a upper left lobectomy caused by a small 22 mm
