I am just trying to find out more about intersitial lung disease and lung cancer to see if there are further treatments available. He is 87 now but still manages to walk 3/4 of a mile around the park every day as he was very fit before his diagnosis.

Just diagnosed. Seeking to chat with others who have same illness.

He stayed close to me when I received a devastating diagnosis of end stage lung disease and helped me through recovery after a lung transplant in 2019. Chom walks slower than he used to and the tufts of white fur around his muzzle have increased this past year or so.

Could this be related to my diagnosis of Lupus, Sjogren's, MCTD, Interstitial lung disease, or even Mobitz I or II?

Could this be interstitial lung disease? My GP nor my rheumatologist have suggested this, but from my reading, it’s a possibility. I’m currently tapering prednisone for 40 mg.

Hi, just joined and reading through the posts seems like there’s no cure for lung disease. I had mild asthma until August last year and had 7 lots of antibiotics and steroids. Mucus and phlegm keeps building up and I fear this is my life now 😢. Otherwise I’m very healthy.

Today I received a CT report that says I may have Interstitial Lung Disease. I have been researching to see the connection between PMR and that disease. The prognosis is not favorable. Has anyone else been diagnosed with this disease? Thanks for any help.

Good Evening, I have asthma and Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD). I use inhalers to manage my asthma; and ambulatory oxygen for my ILD. I am under Papworth Hospital for my ILD. Twice in recent months, I have been called by my surgery to have a COPD review.

Clinical manifestations is proximal muscle weakness, interstitial lung disease and a dermatitis (Mechanics Hands).
