Results Advice Needed Please
Hiya! I'd be most grateful if the wise owls of this forum can shed some light on my results, especially the vitamin tests. I am pretty much constantly symptomatic even though my thyroid results seem pretty optimal for NDT use. I also have early onset menopausal osteoporosis, which is being managed.

OCD like symptoms, health anxiety etc.
Increasingly struggling to cope with the above, with co-morbid Autism (Asperger’s Syndrome) and treated hypothyroidism. Massive worry at the moment is eye movement, I notice everything in my field of vision and move my eyes, cannot focus on a tv because of it. This then makes me anxious and become tense

TEVA brand thyroxine changed
I’ve been on TEVA brand levothyroxine for 10 years. I believe it’s been discontinued. My pharmacy has stopped stocking it and gave me Accord brand. I’ve been on it for 2 months and feel awful. I’ve read that brand switching can do this. What can I do??

75mcg Levothyroxine starter dose?
Hi, 75mcg is what I've been prescribed by the endo. I last took Levothyroxine many years ago for recurrent miscarriage. Have just read the leaflet in the pill packet which says that those over 50 years old should start on 50mcg; I am 53, should I be worried? Thanks!

Endo , just called me with blood results
So after disappointing first Endo appointment with a very proud of herself Diabetes specialist I was quite shocked to get a phone call minutes ago , just before 5 on a Friday from aforementioned Endo. To tell me my results, and was some Ok bits and some not so OK. She called she said as my vit D

Advice re blood results and symptoms
Hello, I've been following this forum for a while and this is my first time posting - I'm hoping for some reassurance and guidance. I've provided background information (including blood results from earlier in the year) in my Bio which should explain where I am up to (I hope I've included everything!

Ideas please
I had a total thyroidectomy 20 years ago for a massive goitre. I had been taking levothyroxine for 20 years prior to the surgery. The idea being that giving me the meds would stop the goitre growing but it didn't work. My levels have fluctuated over the years but I have never had any symptoms - until

new blood results
It is 6 weeks since i have been on 100
levothyroxine
and introduced
Liothyronine
10mcg daily. Before the test I followed protocol, no medication before, no b vitamins for week before etc. I am pleased that my ferritin has improved but unsure about T3 levels?

Help! GP confusion : under to over active? Please help
My GP called me and said I'm now overactive and stopped being under active.I attach last 3 results :- June 24, Feb 24 and Dec 23. She said to reduce my Levothyroxine from 100mcg to 50mcg. I can't be believe this is true. What is a sensible course of action.

Hi all, Very recently told I have a diagnosis of Hypothyroidism (test results included) after a phone consultation and requested blood tests. Just looking for some friendly advice on what these test results actually mean as only received a text message with instructions for starting Levothyroxine

Erfa thyroid blood results confusion
Hi I've been on erfa for a few years now. I am on 3.5 grains. My bloods show up as being under replaced high TSH but when I try to increase my dose I get all the symptoms of being hyperthyroid. Can anyone help me to understand what's going on please? I'm considering switching to a combo of levo and erfa

Hi, I was prescribed 50 of levo but nervous to start on that dose after reading "start slowly" so have been taking 25 for 2 weeks now, I have leg pain back & some anxiety/feeling a bit low but otherwise ok, should I increase to the prescribed amount now? Dose of Levo lowered
Hi, My GP lowered my thyroxine from 150mcg to 125 mcg as my TSH was 0.01 after the January blood test My TSH has been low for years. There was no discussion about how I felt and no option to stay on 150mcg. Results from Monitor my Health as GP refuses to test anything other than TSH! Both tests

hopefully getting somewhere!!
Having been treated for hypothyroidism since 2000 when I had a thyroid nodule, I have struggled with my weight and wellbeing to varying degrees over the years. I'm now 79, but active. I saw an Endo privately in October had a few blood tests which I have posted, (including Medichecks in Feb I think)

Abnormal blood test again!
Hi all, I posted in here 2 months ago after discovering my thyroid blood results were abnormal. I saw a GP and agreed an increase in dosage from 200 to 225 daily levothyroxine. I’ve had another blood test (Friday just gone) and the results on my NHS app state ‘ Abnormal, but to be expected ‘ … should

Experience with Covid and hypo/hashis
Hi all, I’ve been quite stable for a number of years now. I was on NDT and doing ok but not perfect, adding a small amount of Levo to my NDT at the end of 2019 made me feel really well, pulling my FT4 up in the range a bit made a big difference. At the beginning of May this year I thought I caught
