laparoscopy
I had a
laparoscopy
on the 19th April so about 10 days ago. Had two ovarian cysts removed and they discovered endometriosis. I’m getting odd pain in the right area where the largest of the cysts was. No where near as bad as the bad I had before, more like a muscle pull.

Rectocele repair surgery
Since then I've been tired, it hurts to cough and laugh but only from my
laparoscopy
incision sites. The posterior repair hasn't hurt until today, 8 days after surgery.

Symptoms returning post-op
I had my first
laparoscopy
6 months ago to excise my stage 3 endo. They also found adenomyosis and a lot of adhesions. I went to one of the most recommended surgeons, and felt great for a couple months after. Since then I’ve been getting pelvic, leg and lower back pain.

Burning sensation- anyone else?
After my
laparoscopy
my pains came back fairly quickly and have escalated. About a year ago i started getting pain in the glutes and all down my leg (more on the right side) and hip pain. Sometimes my hip is so tender I can't even graze my hip bone or touch it even with a fingertip.

New symptom: Numbness in face - link to Endometriosis?
Had a
laparoscopy
in November and nothing was found. It's a few days before my period is due and I'm in a lot of pain. I'm taking Nefopam Hydrochloride tablets (not doing enough for the pain!) at the moment and waiting for a CT scan.

Endometriosis treatment NOT contraceptive pill or coil
I'm waiting for a
laparoscopy
to formally diagnose endometriosis. Hopefully the surgery will stop the pain that ruins my life. However, if this surgery didn't work for you then what other forms of treatment were you offered? Thanks!

Cyclical pain
Brief summary; Took 13 years to diagnose my Endo from the age of 17, had
laparoscopy
and then surgery to laser. Suffered 5 miscarriages after having my son in 2014. Period symptoms were worsening to the point where in my 40s I can barely function each month.

Prostab and HRT
I was put on prostab injections 16 months ago to help with the pain while I awaited my 1st
laparoscopy
. I had my
laparoscopy
almost a year ago where I was diagnosed with deep endo. I have since found out that it is growing into my bowel, attached to my bladder and I also have adenomyosis.

Mri results back
My concern is they didn't show up on the
laparoscopy
in August, even though the last ultrasound in June mentioned the large one. I've had multiple opinions/diagnosis that I don't know what/who to believe 🥺I want to thank you all for all of your support. You have been so helpful. 💕💕💕

Endometriosis
I know the gold standard to check for endometriosis is a
laparoscopy
. Should I go ahead with surgery for a diagnosis? If I choose not to have surgery and I do have endometriosis, am I at risk to any harm? Will not having surgery affect fertility?

Adenomyosis advice
Hi all, I was diagnosed with endo after a
laparoscopy
in 2022, and about 2 months after the surgery I started to suffer from pelvic pain and lower back pain, which I have never had before and it didn't seem to be linked to any injury etc.

Rectocele and laparoscopy
I've been offered surgical repair of the rectocele as well as a
laparoscopy
because of the level of pelvic pain I have been having but the risk of it causing further pain has been communicated as 50%! I'm very concerned about being left with pain from the repair.
