Help!
I got diagnosed with Endo in 2019 by
laparoscopy
but in the last year my symptoms have got worse and the pain is unbearable! Yesterday I had an appointment with a gynaecologist and she pretty much brushed off everything I was saying and said I probably have IBS!

6cm ovarian cyst
Hey guys, Last Feb I had a lap to remove a large cyst on my left ovary and some endometriosis that they could remove at the time (not all was removed due to it being close to some organs etc) and they also inserted a mirena coil as I had the copper before and it is supposed to “help”. Now, about 14

Waiting times
Hi, I am 3 years in to the TTC journey, never had a positive in that time. I was finally diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis after MRI and laproscopy. I have been told I need further surgery at a specialist clinic...but I found out today this won't be for another year, maybe two. We haven't started

Pain coming back after laparoscopy
Since the
laparoscopy
I have found that it has significantly helped with the pain, something that has been occurring since my teens.

Hysterectomy 3 weeks ago
Hi all, I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy, removal of everything and extensive endometriosis nearly 3 weeks ago now. My stomach is still so very sore and swollen. I’m still taking painkillers, but I was just wondering whether anyone else who may have had this done has experienced the same? Thanks

Blood in urine dipstick
Hi I’m panicking I’ve done my own dipstick test today and for blood it’s green. My urine is clear, nothing else is high etc on the test. I do have endometriosis and have been spotting these last few days but not since this morning. I googled and came up with kidney disease or cancer. I have been having

My surgery is 2days away! It can't come quick enough 🎗
Hello to all Endo Warriors, Some of you may follow my story or have replied to some of my posts in the past. I am finally having excision surgery 🙌 after having a diagnostic lap in 2018 by a general gynecologist surgeon. She used Ablation 🤬 and I was back to square one a month after ! Unfortunately

Endo and painful sex
My doctor suspects I have endometriosis and I’m currently waiting for a
laparoscopy
to confirm. I’ve got all the symptoms, the worst one of which is definitely painful sex. It’s absolutely excruciating, to the point where I avoid doing it.

Is the ureter usually looked at in a diagnostic laparoscopy?
I have just been diagnosed with bladder endo, but urethral endo seems to fit one of my main symptoms (loin pain), and I'm wondering if my surgeon would have checked for it. I was still half out of it when she gave me my results and I'll have quite a wait to see a specialist. I had a surgery on my kidney

University and endometriosis :(
I'm feeling upset because I have to go back to university next week and I'm not a big party girl anyway but I had a
laparoscopy
on the 16th December and I am still not 100% well yet so I'm tired most of the time. I live in halls at the moment and it's so loud.

Finally getting somewhere with the NHS!
So after 7 years of the biggest pile of **** going with the NHS I’m finally getting somewhere!.. so recap! Violently sexually assaulted resulted in massive infection. Resulted in a lap done privately on NHS, resulted in being referred on to tertiary care! Resulted in being taken into theatre blind, out

Laparoscopy scheduled in 3 days time, any advice/tips will be much appreciated.
Hi ladies, Scheduled for a
laparoscopy

Endo Specialist
Hello, I'm currently going round in circles trying to get on the lap waiting list. If I pay to see a private endo specialist, can they put me on the NHS waiting list? Thank you :)

Smear hell.
I went for a smear 2 weeks ago. I'd had one due to investigations into my multiple complaints around abdominal pain, (was negative for HPV, been married and faithful to the same man for 22 years)and I've still got cervical ectroption. Is it normal to have this for two years? The nurse didnt seem worried

Severe bowel endo symptoms - offered zoladex after lap found no endo - advice needed
Hi everyone, I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give. Really sorry its a long one but I feel so lost and confused. 💛 I had my first lap in 2017 with a diagnosis of endo in my pouch of douglas and minor spots near my ovaries that were removed via ablation, after suffering really badly for years

Gynaecology appointment - what do I bring or request?
About a month ago I had an appointment with a gynaecology consultant and I was told that there is a reason for my pain but as my BMI is too high I cannot be allowed to go for a

Nothing found in Lap.
Hi Guys, I went for my Lap in Aug 2021 and came back all clear. Prior to my Lap I was on prostap for 6 months from Nov 2020 - May 2021 and hadn't had a period until Feb this year 2022. My flare ups only happen a week before my period. I wrote a post on here expressing my worry that they wouldn't find
