University and endometriosis :(

I'm feeling upset because I have to go back to university next week and I'm not a big party girl anyway but I had a laparoscopy on the 16th December and I am still not 100% well yet so I'm tired most of the time. I live in halls at the moment and it's so loud. I asked the accommodation if I could move rooms. I just want to live in my own place or at home. I feel like crying

Have you spoken to the welfare team? They are there to help and they can be very helpful. It is so hard managing chronic pain, but if you keep trying you will find a way. X

I'm sorry you're having to deal with all that love, I'm also at uni but I do it from home online with the Open University. If you continue to struggle lots of universities offer distance learning now, and you would be able to learn at home then. It's definitely a good option for people like us who struggle with pain I'm doing my Modern Languages degree and couldn't of done it at a regular university, so I'm very grateful to the OU for having all the support xxx
