Natural sourced supplements?
So current list is: Naturelo multivitamin 1 day Magnesium oil spray Cod liver oil Black cumin seed oil North American
kelp
-200mcg Selenium is now down from 200 to 50 but let’s see how this goes. If this does work I will be saving a fair amount of money I suspect.

Back to 5k road racing & a shout for the blessings of chelated zinc
I will shout this from the roof tops my sense is at the moment (and my views may change over time ) but the number 1 supplement that has made all the difference is chelated zinc - compared to
kelp
, vitamin d, iron , b vits , fish oil , giving up gluten, giving up dairy, dietary changes.

Newly misdiagnosed?
I'd been supplementing with some

which really helped with the tiredness after the June tests - or more accurately supplementing with a little bit more

Newly diagnosed and struggling
I was taking
kelp
until I heard that I had antibodies so knew I was going to be starting on levo - and that had resolved the fatigue and low mood I was feeling about 2-3 months ago whilst waiting for a second TSH test (started because the mood was getting dangerously low) I know that it takes a couple

Shortness of breath and leg pains
I did use to take supplements of sea
kelp
, selenium and zinc which i agrees to stop and this brought my levels back to range gp was happy with. I am now gaining weight again and also have the shortness of breath and leg pains. Could this be thyroid related?

Hypo symptoms, blood results and self medication
I've been experimenting now with some Iodine supplements (400mcg of
Kelp
tablets + selenium), and that seems to be helping slightly. I was thinking about experimenting with low dose of synthetic T4 as it seems that it's my FT4 that is on a lower side, not my FT3.

Hair Loss
I then thought maybe
kelp
would help as surely an iodine rich diet is better than taking pills. I am at a loss as to what to do and the doctors are unhelpful they just say that all my tests are fine but why then is my hair falling out more and more rapidly. Please help...

I have been given over 160 Liothyronine.
These were the thyroid results from June. tsh- 0.87 ( 0.50 - 5.00 ) Free Thyroxine - 13.1 ( 10.0 - 25.00 ) Free T3 - 4.6 ( 4.3 - 8.1 ) I feel a lot better by taking every pure expensive supplement going, and even tried
kelp
. The iron food and 2 - 3 days a week iron pills helped a lot too.

Adrenals First
Checked and do not have any autoimmune disease, my Adrenals are fine as have been taking the suggested supplements as well for my thyroid, selenium, iodine from
kelp
. Eat seaweed. I really would like to know the medication to take for increasing my T3. I read some where that Boots carries it.
