suggest medicine for etching occurs throughout his body at bedtime

My son is 4 years old but his growth is not normal, Please suggest diet for him.Also suggest medicine for etching occurs throughout his body at bedtime .

His kasai procedure has been done at the age of 7 weeks .

I would wonder why he is itchy? As this disease itching is caused from increased bile salts. When this happens you can use Benadryl temporarily to help relieve the itch, jaundiced kids with itching are put on a medicine called rifampin that helps.
