Bilirubin levels not declining after Kasai procedure for Biliary Atresia procedure 1 week ago. The liver continues to be damaged and another surgery may be needed. Has anyone else successfully gone through this???

My sons bilirubin levels never really went down. They have stayed the same for the past 4 months after Kasai. He is now beginning the process for a transplant.
