Hi Brahmatv, this is a question for your son's medical team. They will be able to advise you as to whether this means that the kasai has not been successful or whether it will just take a bit longer for the bilirubin levels to reduce. Have you spoken with them about this? Have you seen a reduction in other symptoms such as jaundice or more normal stools and urine. Warmest Regards, Michelle, CLDF
