Transfer day 4BB
Just had my third and final transfer of
IVF
round 1 (no frosties left) and just want to say good luck to all those in the same position right now and sending you lots of good vibes and sanity for the two week wait 😊 I'm mentally prepared for starting round 2 in summer and am making all my summer plans

Help.. Chemical Pregnancy
Over the last 7 years I have had 7 rounds of
ivf
. Our last cycle in November ended with a failed fresh transfer and one high level mosaic that they have recommended we don’t use. Our cycle in Jan gave us 3 embryos- 2 PgT normal. Transferred one- got a positive 4 days post transfer.

Do I really want a second baby at 40/41?
We need to do
IVF
in order to conceive. We were very lucky as we had our daughter from our first round when I was 37. But for our second, we have had 3 failed rounds so far. Im now 40 and I wonder if I should keep trying.

Low betas - positive stories needed
I’m currently 2 miscarriages down (1

Anyone get a positive pregnancy test with zero symptoms after FET transfer?
This time I'm afraid to test on my own and get a negative because I can't afford more
IVF
cycles. I have to wait 5 more days for my official beta test at clinic, but this was a hatching blastocyst so I assume it should have implanted right now.

Any teachers going through IVF?
Hi everyone, I've just started on the first day of my stimulation injections; taking gonal-F (which hurt a lot more than my buserelin!). Are there any fellow teachers who did a cycle whilst at work? I've had a few appointments already that I've had to take time out for but feeling a bit worried about

Can you just get your fallopian tubes checked?
I am very lucky to have a 2 year old daughter but it took us a long time to conceive and we were about to start
IVF
so now I'm worried about secondary infertility (I'm also 38). TTC makes me very anxious and stressed so I'm trying to have whatever element of 'control' is possible....

IVF postponed
Has any been in the situation, I was literally given all the dates and info. All booked in and worked out. To then have additional bleeding the same day (stage 4 endometriosis history) but now they have found an ulcer in my bowel. Everything has been stopped/postponed until biopsy results are back and

Changes
What did you change in the lead up to your
IVF
cycle? I'm due to start stims in a few weeks - I already take all the supplements required (have been for months now), I have acupuncture every fortnight, reflexology the weeks in between. I have two daily cups of coffee, the rest decaf.

Update: Our 3 on Day 3
(First round of
IVF
and ICSI at 42y/o). Had our day 3 call with the embryologist today. None of the 3 that had not fertilised yet did in the end - which they expected. Of the 3 that did fertilise, all are dividing well - with 1 already
nearly
a morula.

Disclosing treatment
I've seen and chatted about a similar thing before a while back, but just looking for views, opinions, experiences in telling friends about
IVF
/fertility struggles. It is back on the agenda for us after another pregnancy announcement in our close group of friends. Did you tell people? Did it help?

Pregnant?!
Having T1D, endometriosis and adenomyosis, I researched everything from surrogacy to
IVF
fully expecting this to be impossible for us. This morning I decided to take a random pregnancy test (I don’t seem to have menstrual cycles presently) and OMG it was positive!

Sensitive - success with donor eggs
For context, we had our
IVF
in the UK, with a UK-based donor, and went with a fertility clinic based at a hospital in Leeds. Sending love and strength to every woman reading this xx

A very sensitive post
I did enough research on
IVF
using this beautiful platform, asked for good clinics and results, and I ended up with one. It was a hell of a journey. I was almost in my mid-40's. I used donor sperm, and it was successful the first time.
