Just need a little talk
We are so close to our IUI cycle, I’m due on in 13 days and it feels like it’s taking forever. I know this wait isn’t as bad as the 2ww but I’m just so ready to get started now. It also seems like everyone is announcing a new pregnancy, what gender they are having or birth announcements at the minute

Can a copper coil that has not been past expiry be dangerous?
Due to covid and an unsuccessful attempt at removal I still have my expired coil Just concerned that it may not be safe to have it inside me for too long

Copper coil issue
With the copper coil does anyone experience severe bloating. I had mine fitted on the 27th may and ever since I’ve had on and off spotting/bleeding/brown discharge. Also pain on and off and bloating. Can anyone relate?

Mirena coil pain
I had the Mirena coil fitted just two days ago and I am still in absolute agony. I’ve had to phone in sick at work today. Has anyone else had this and if so when did the pain ease off? I have read that you shouldn’t have any pain effecting your daily activities. I really can’t cope with it anymore and

How long?
I need some help please, I had my coil removed in February to try for a baby, how long do they advice to try before the endo gets to much again? Also I haven't had the covid injection because I don't want to add any more problems to falling,/carrying. Is there anyone else that feels like there isn't

Fibroids and hrt
I found a lump in my abdomen early April, which my gp also felt, in the next couple of weeks I could feel further lumps and was referred for a gynaecology scan which revealed a 6.5 cm ovarian cyst and a small fibroid. The mirema coil was removed at the same time. 5 weeks later I had an abdominal scan

Coil fitting experiences
I have just had a coil fitted this morning and the pain is horrendous, it was much worse then I thought it would be. Does anyone have any tips on what to do to ease the pain and how long it takes for the pain to ease off?

I’m just feeling really lost right now after my laparoscopy
I had my laparoscopy done on the 25th of April this year. I had all the symptoms of endometriosis (extreme pain, heavy periods, irregular periods, cramping, bloating, pain during and after sex etc), and had to basically force the gynaecologist on the phone to get me an appt for a laparoscopy. No endo found
Girls I feel so lost. On Thursday I had my laparoscopy, they didn't find anything. They tried to send me home without telling me anything other than they didn't find anything and I could be discharged so I said I needed to know more as they did a hysteroscopy and fitted a coil but last I knew was they

After 13yrs finally have an answer!
Warning, could be a tad too much information for people below! After 13yrs of symptoms and issues I finally have a diagnosis!! Symptoms started just after my second son was born although thinking back now I think I had symptoms in my teens. Fobbed off by many GP’s and then finally found one who listened

Hi there all! I hope you're well. I'm hoping to get some advise from you lovely lot. Interested to know if a Mirena
IUD
is safe to have if you have Nash. I have read conflicting reports. I have only just had it inserted but apparently the hormones can have an affect on the liver??

Discomfort from ICD fitted five months ago
Hi Has anyone here had to have the ICD refitted? DH says he is in constant pain from the implant site and it is stopping him from taking walksoutside the house since he gsts random shooting pains - not at every step, but bad enough to make him want to avoid it. Sitting, standing, lying down, moving

Evening, I had my follow up appointment following failed first IVF cycle. I had a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach that it was going to be bad news, and it was…. In my area I am entitled to 3 NHS funded rounds so after my first one failed amongst the devastation thought at least can have two more

#WellnessWednesday What's the deal with TMS for OCD?
Hey everyone, If there's one thing we get a lot of questions about, it's TMS. YES! Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. If you haven't heard this term before, here is a quick explanation of what TMS is:
TMS is a non-invasive way of “stimulating” (or changing) activity in the brain using magnetic fields

From two weeks wait to a week of seeing my baby.
I really can’t believe it, in a week I’ll see my baby, we have been so lucky and I’m so grateful for becoming a mother. No one really get it how excited I am, family and friends are happy for me but no one really get it what I’ve been through to get here… only you ladies ❤️ This journey has been extremely

Mirena Coil flipped upside down & embedded
Hi, has anyone been through something similar? So it has now been 3 attempts to remove my coil. Today they tried as a hysteroscopy with local anaesthetic, 20 mins in and in so much pain they gave up. When they had one last look with the camera they noticed the coil and flipped upside down, strings wrapped
