Anxiety and P.A.
I'm doing what I can to get on top of my pernicious anaemia, more frequent injections,
iron
infusion etc. Is anxiety/depression linked to P.A? Do things get better as the P.A. is treated better? I was never a person who cried. How can I nip this in the bud so I don't sink again?

Iron
: 21.2 (6.6 - 26.0) Folate: “pending” Vitamin B12: >256

Ropinerol withdrawal.... what now?
I think my prescribed
iron
tablets have definitely helped. Also an electric blanket helped to. I'm still on Sertraline, and yes I'm aware that too can be a contributing factor, and also that some people are ok on it. My main goal was to get of Requip because of the impulse control disorder issue.

Does donating 1 liter of blood increase chance of going back into Afib?
I need to have 1 liter of blood drawn because my
iron
levels are too high. Does anyone know if taking out that much blood will increase my chances of going back into Afib? ie: perhaps dehydration??? Also, it will decrease blood volume temporarily so could that knock me out of sinus rhythm?

I need some help with this
We thought it was the
iron
I was taking, but I stopped that last week. These cramps are not in my calves. They are in my feet and ankles. They start out with a dull ache and then my foot locks up and twists and the ankle looks like someone sucked all the air out of my body.

Fatigue, anaemia and chest pain
In my pre-op they found I had low haemoglobin but folate, b12 and
iron
were all OK. I would expect the fatigue to be all the time if caused by the anaemia. The GP is repeating my bloods tomorrow.

My local haematologist was adamant these were menopause related but Guys reassured me they could be in part due to
iron
deficiency. I have now started Pegasys 45mcg every other week- on the suggestion to go low and slow..

Advice regarding Thyroid levels
I also take Ferrous fumarate 3 times a week as my
iron
levels tend to be on the low side (I test regularly via a private
Iron
Panel) I also take D3/k2 spray and Zinc and Magnesium.

Benefit of iron for Restless Sleep Disorder/ADHD in children
As with adults, there do seem to be 'non responders' to
iron
therapy.

Morning blood cortisol test, is it worth it?
I should mention I was severely
iron
deficient 3 months ago but ferritin is now coming up. This Medichecks test also includes cortisol.

NHS IVF refused due to low AMH
She also mentioned that my
iron
levels were high and didn’t ask if this could cause low AMH due to the upset. Do you think these could be related? She said the chance that IVF would work is very slim and I will unlikely achieve a pregnancy naturally.

Could low iron be making me feel very unwell?
Didn’t test my thyroid weirdly but did my
iron
and cholesterol. I’d be glad for some help with interrupting the results. I’m hoping to get a full thyroid test done. Think my cholesterol is ok but maybe the
iron
isn’t? Could these results (low
iron
?) perhaps cause the symptoms I have?

Help with iron results - follow up from 3 arrows nutra
Hi everyone, I did an
iron
panel and I’m quite amazed with my ferritin level. I have been lax with my
iron
supps since going to T3 only and thought I would definitely have ranked my previously low results. To my disbelief, my ferritin is the highest I’ve ever seen it!

Full iron panel results
It’s early days but I don’t feel any different 😏 also taking on board SlowDragonadvice I had a full
iron
panel blood test. The results came in today. The notes from the doctor seem to link the high ferritin with the inflammatory marker.

Bad RLS.
I asked him to check my
iron
levels. I then had my follow up appointment and he told me that my
iron
levels were normal (although another doctor told me they were low). He told me that the dopamine agonists were very strong drugs and he didn't want to put me on them at the age of 37.

ferritin level and symptom question
Previously it was 51 and I have been taking
iron
supplements for about 2 months and it is now 64. Obviously going to continue taking it with the hopes it comes up more and some of these symptoms improve.
