Health factory liquid nano iron
Hi All, has anyone ever heard of, or taken, Health Factory liquid Nano
Iron
?I have problems with the standard
iron
tablets given by GPs, even if I take it with vitamin C. A dietician told me today that I ought to take liquid Nano
iron
. She said it has far higher absorption, no constipation etc.

So, reversing out. Why?
I have read all about reversing out symptoms after having
iron
infusion and starting B12 injections. But can anyone tell me why we get these symptoms. What is the science behind it? Surely healing should get easier, not worse. Just interested to know why we go backwards before recovery.

iron test results
My vitamin levels are showing improvement, but I wanted to have a full
iron
panel before supplementing ferritin. These results have come back, and I wonder if someone would please help me interpret them?

Iron related question please
I was taking
iron
supplements but reduced these lately due to gastro issues. Is the result skewed from supplements and dietry intake? Any thoughts appreciated thanks

symptoms flare-up
Weekly in my case) because of a new onset
iron
or cofactor deficiency? I am hoping my body is just telling me it needs more
iron
for the b12 to do its full magic.

The Origin of Ferritin Reference Intervals: A Systematic Review
Previous research has shown that those of lower SES are both less likely to be diagnosed and treated for
iron
deficiency. Ferritin is an
iron
-storage protein that is a sensitive diagnostic marker of
iron
-deficiency.

iron

what is it this time?
But I’m also due to check my
iron
levels, which were “in range but low” when I started B12 injections. So is it: a) the new meds, b)the
iron
c) b12 playing up again d) just the good old monthly What would you pick?

What’s the protocol for GP actioning full iron panel?
If an
iron
panel confirms
iron
deficiency I would consider enquiring about an
iron
infusion. Privately if necessary. What do people think about this? Thanks ever so much, as ever. J

History of continued low and fluctuating iron levels - advice?
I’ve been unable to take
iron
(I bought three arrows as suggested here) as my serum
iron
was over range last time at 29 but my latest serum
iron
is much lower now at 12.7 (7-26) the Gp advised that serum
iron
results depend on how much
iron
you’ve eaten in previous couple of days and don’t indicate
