Had my Ferritin checked after fasting and without taking iron supplements in previous 48 hours. My Ferritin has increased from 70 to over 300 over several months of taking vitamin C plus Ferrous Sulphate (which is quite a big increase!) and for the first time in over 10 years I am sleeping through the night (providing I don’t misbehave!). Bliss!
