Any Help to break free of this rut I'm in??
I have tried adrenal supplements,
iron
supplements, Vitamin B's, Vit D with K2. I cannot get myself out of this funk, I honestly feel like I am just disappearing, fading away from life and it scares me. When I mention it to my Psych Nurse who I love it's like she isn't getting it.

Running on Empty with Headspace
I know from last time, that it takes 2-3 weeks to get my
iron
levels up sufficiently to run at pre donations levels. So I loaded this run up, determined to take it slowly and walk if necessary. Andy was encouraging me to run by feel, not to a pace or a distance.

I have been given a prescription for

Severe RLS Where do I go now?
Recommended an

transfusion as my
iron
was low. Because this was in another region he couldn't do the transfusion but wrote a letter with recommendations to my gp. GP was dismissive of

Iron levels during pregnancy
At my 31 weeks appointment I was told I should have been contacted as my
iron
levels were low and put on
iron
tablets. I'm now 35 weeks and they're still under 100. I'm going to have an
iron
drip today.

Supplement with
iron
, folate, D and B12, selenium, Omega and others. Monitor blood work regularly. Gluten, soy and dairy free. Whole food diet, eat carbs/protein/fat, no calorie restriction. I just can't understand what else can I do to raise my T3? Any ideas ... please? What worked for you?

Update: x-ray shock 😲
I am also aneamic so on
iron
. I have clottication. Thick blood. So...I called the bhf nurse. Very nice and helpful. She said I could ask my doctor for a pain patch for my groin as the blocked artery feels like a pressure. I got ralvo 700mg medicated plasters today.

Iron Deficiency
Are many people diagnosed with PV
Iron
deficient at the time of diagnosis? I’ve read on the internet that almost everyone with PV is
iron
deficient at time of diagnosis (hence the low ferritin) and that phlebotomy makes the
iron
deficiency worse.

First DEXA shows osteopenia - hoping for some advice please
I have also read
iron
deficiency can cause bone loss and I have been
iron
deficient with and without anaemia most of my life. I developed very heavy periods 7 years ago. I had a terrible, nutrient poor, processed diet until I was in my early 30’s. I now eat a wholefoods, plant based diet.

Hello everyone, I have recently finally come off pramipexole after 6 months weaning off and I appear to be one of the lucky ones that the
iron
oral therapy has significantly helped my restless legs.

Updated Lab Results (Armour and T3)
Regarding Ferritin, I took a blood builder megafood
iron
supplement for two weeks, but my ferritin level is still low, similar to my last year's reading. What do you think about these results? What should I account for to optimize my thyroid levels?

Could low iron be making me feel very unwell?
Didn’t test my thyroid weirdly but did my
iron
and cholesterol. I’d be glad for some help with interrupting the results. I’m hoping to get a full thyroid test done. Think my cholesterol is ok but maybe the
iron
isn’t? Could these results (low
iron
?) perhaps cause the symptoms I have?

Also going to request full
iron
assessment from my GP in the meantime and hope to get that ready before my appointment with Dr Thomas. The assessment could have been done years ago but can’t recall the results. Should this be monitored regularly?
