I have to say I feel much better than I did last year having ditched the
iron
tablets off the doc and buying some Three arrows
iron
from the States which I have only been taking one a day for about 3 weeks.

Baffling results on T4&T3!
Serum
iron
19.1 (6-26). I didn’t get B12 or VitD tested this time but I’ve been on supplements (B complex, 1000-2000 VitD) for years and levels are usually fine so hopefully they’re at least ok! Any empathy gratefully received! Thank you 🦋

test me or supplement me. I don’t really have much of a history with
iron
deficiency apart from in pregnancy but I just don’t know where to turn. There is such little information online and I keep being told there isn’t much research into it. How do you handle this?

Ferritin levels decreased despite iron supplement
I have also increased my intake of
iron
rich, vegetarian foods. Whilst my B12 and folate levels have increased, my HB and ferritin seem to have decreased and I do not understand why. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Still Looking for Suggestions
I requested an
iron
level blood test last October at my annual physical and they didn't include it. I appreciate all the suggestions for testing but where I am in Colorado things move pretty slow and the insurance is resistant to almost everything.

My Gabapentin Dilemma
I’ve had several blood tests over a couple years and my
iron
levels are: Total
Iron
level is 61 to 110. Ferritin is 112 to 133. Saturation is 22 to 33%. Binding capacity is 275 to 291. I took Pramipexole for over 30 years and it worked.
