Mosquito bites and low iron
Will find out today if my
iron
level any better but what I will say is the restless leg syndrome starting to ease so maybe it was lack of
iron
after all. I slept the whole day yesterday first sleep I've had in weeks so things slowly getting better.

If you are one, then great, get on with

doesnāt remove symptoms completely .If the person is one of the 40% non-responders, then donāt waste time taking oral

for years and years pointlessly.

I need some help with this
We thought it was the
iron
I was taking, but I stopped that last week. These cramps are not in my calves. They are in my feet and ankles. They start out with a dull ache and then my foot locks up and twists and the ankle looks like someone sucked all the air out of my body.

ferritin level and symptom question
Previously it was 51 and I have been taking
iron
supplements for about 2 months and it is now 64. Obviously going to continue taking it with the hopes it comes up more and some of these symptoms improve.

Bad RLS.
I asked him to check my
iron
levels. I then had my follow up appointment and he told me that my
iron
levels were normal (although another doctor told me they were low). He told me that the dopamine agonists were very strong drugs and he didn't want to put me on them at the age of 37.

Ropinerol withdrawal.... what now?
I think my prescribed
iron
tablets have definitely helped. Also an electric blanket helped to. I'm still on Sertraline, and yes I'm aware that too can be a contributing factor, and also that some people are ok on it. My main goal was to get of Requip because of the impulse control disorder issue.

Question about Celiac or NCGS...
From gastritis, to guts, throat, and neurological (ended up with B12 and
Iron
issues because they gave me PPI, H2 and antacids at the same time! For what they said was reflux... but what I feel may be gluten) This all started with issues with my stomach and gut AGES ago. Later started tingling.

Fatigue, anaemia and chest pain
In my pre-op they found I had low haemoglobin but folate, b12 and
iron
were all OK. I would expect the fatigue to be all the time if caused by the anaemia. The GP is repeating my bloods tomorrow.

Iron Blood Test Results
Hi iām wondering if anyone could advise on my
iron
blood test. I had a recent thyroid test which showed Ferritin at 69.1 ug/L (range 30-150). This was through Thriva. I have since tested with Medicheck and my ferritin seems to have reduced.

Monitoring when starting Folic Acid and Ferrous fumerate
At this point, also measure
iron
and folate levels in people being treated for B12 deficiency to ensure that other deficiencies have not been masked. On completion of folic acid treatment to confirm a response.
