Adenomyosis help!
They don’t want to
iron
test me or supplement me. I don’t really have much of a history with
iron
deficiency apart from in pregnancy but I just don’t know where to turn. There is such little information online and I keep being told there isn’t much research into it. How do you handle this?

Heavy bleeding Mirena
I bleed even when I'm meant be ovulating just constant heavy bleeding which makes me exhausted - I'm on
iron
supplements but I hate them as they give me severe constipated.

Weeping eye
I have been taking
iron
, b12 and vit d..as these were all pretty low. I am booked in to have bloods done in 2 weeks time. My question is why is my eye still weeping, it hasn't stopped since it first started. I also have a very slight nasal drip which he started at the same time.

Burning hands and feet
The good news is all bloods are within normal range including the ones in the
iron
section which are now behaving. And I see Guys in June so all of this may change. My question is any tips on living with the cold sensation , and are the neuropathic socks I've seen sold any good?

Cortisol tests
My
iron
& B12 are good, working on increasing vit D. I'm still tired/fatigued in the afternoon but since the last increase I am sleeping 7-9hour overnight, incredible. I generally feel much brighter than I did, more myself, and I'm due another Armour increase soon.

Thyroid results-Hashimotos?
Been supplementing
iron
/b12 over six months to see if improved anything but hasn't impacted results. I didn't take them for a week prior to testing latest bloods. Does this look like Hashimotos? Is there anything I can do to improve or manage?

any tips/advice
But was told that my
iron
, ferritin and vitamin d was ok. I was wondering if there was any advice on how to feel a bit healthier.? I was as diagnosed in around 2018 with hashimotos and put on levothyroxine. No other advice was given only that i would have to basically put up with my symptoms.

RLS Blood test results, complex and in French...
I was tested for
iron
panels, inflammation markers, B12 + B9 and a few other things. The results are in French (I live in France) and quite complex.

What causes subclinical hypothyroidism?
Iron
has always been very low in range so I’m just wondering if this is the cause for my thyroid dysfunction? Is that possible? Hashi antibodies are both always negative.

Help boosting thyroid without medication?
I have been taking Magnesium and Vit D spray daily as well as Thyroid Complex by Biocare but I think I need to take more supplements, I have managed to get my ferritin up to a better level of around 70 after years of taking
iron
supplements.

hypo/hashis pregnancy bloods and vitimins
I am asking for monthly bloods for:
iron
studies, folate, vit D, B12, TPo and TGa antibodies. They are being very difficult around giving me all of these so my private endo got involved but has cc’d them in saying that monthly T3 isn’t necessary. Is this true?

Fatigue
Good Day Everyone My question is, should I be feeling fatigued with lymphocytes around 43 and haemoglobin at 12.1 g/dl or could the fatigue be caused by some other blood deficiency such as
iron
or vitamin B12.

Betaine Hydrochloride and ACV-low stomach acid
Also all vits and
iron
in bloods extremely low. Anyway in the past 2 weeks my GERD has been so so bad, its seems to be everything I eat and it is so so painful. I've never been on medication for this, gaviscon just makes it 100 times worse.

Hypothyroidism & Test Result help Plz
I’ve just started taking the Ferrous Sulphate 200 mg every other day for
Iron
because I do think I’m still low even though it now says it’s normal on the last test ? I didn’t start the tablets until after the blood test.

Update on my journey of elimination
I have noticed my
iron
going down, my estrogen plummeting, glucose going up - had enough! This is what I have done: 1. Tried all meds under the sun, apart from T3 only (and this includes 2 different NDTs). 2. Had
iron
infusion in November in hope my lowish in range ferritin is contributing.

Constantly bleeding / zoladex
I know I don't absorb
iron
well anyway, this is hereditary. I'm seeing a private consultant next month but until then, I keep getting told everything will get better and i feel like my GP is fed up of me complaining. Is this amount of bleeding normal?
