After yearly blood test for heart. They fine. Not fine for irob down to 70. Should b 130 . Blood test done at my request been ill lethargic breathless Dr dine thm 5 week ago seemly cne bak 100 . But thy didn't tell me now iv had 2 blood transfusion s bag iron go bk in Thursday ftidY. Get jags iron

How many days to stop iron supplement before iron blood test?
hello, Im currently taking iron supplements (50mg - Thorn) and I will need to get my blood iron tests done soon. Does anyone know how long is it best to stop taking supplements before the test? Thank you!

I’ll ask the GP for some iron, I’ve bought a blood test online which is more thorough. Waiting for day 3 of my period as there’s lots of hormones included, just wondered if the b12 or folate are ok? Serum vitamin B12 level 311 ng/L [180 - 640] Serum ferritin level 20 ng/ml [15 - 200] Serum folate

Hi all, I recently had my bloods done at the doctors for Folate, B12 and Thyroid etc. I asked for a print out of my records and seen that my folate was 1.8, so doctor prescribed 3 months of folic acid. Help with results please
Received results of Medichecks Well Women tests last week (blood test taken at 9.30am fasted, last dose of Levo 24 hrs before and biotin supplements stopped for a week before). Results - TSH 2.68 (0.27-4.2), Free T3 3.98 (3.1-6.8) and Free thyroxine 19.5 (12-22). Vitamin D 63nmol/L (range 50-200)
