Wit's end! Switch Levo brands, try NDT again, be patient with different dosage?
Dear wise and helpful friends, On 13 Dec. my labs were the best ever and on 31 Jan. they changed again, with TSH too high etc. I’m putting them next to each other: TSH: 4.80 -- range is 0.20 – 5.00 -- then TSH : 5.99 - FT3: 4.10 – range is 1.8 – 4,5 -- then FT3: 5,12 FT4: 10.01 – range is 7.0

What are the most essential but minimal vits and minerals needed for optimal thyroid function if you are hypo?
As I avoid gluten, soya,
iodine
supplementation and have minimal dairy, I have to buy the ridiculously expensive products, and as a multivitamin does not seem to be recommended, my cupboard is bursting at the seams.

How many Drs does it take to request a blood test??
My doctor lapped all that hogwash up and sent me out the door with only a urine pathology request for
iodine
, instead of any thyroid blood tests. I am spitting mad.

What I cannot take when I am with Levothyroxine ?
My query is about the food as well since the doctor just told me that I will have to avoid kelp, seaweed and
iodine
and that´s it. Of course then I made my research and I could read there are some many things that it is better not to take due to the absorption issue.

RLS and Glutamate?
For me, sleep deprivation leads to an increase in anxiety and a marked worsening of my OCD. This leads to my being overtired and anxious, which then makes it even more difficult to sleep when the restlessness finally dips down to a manageable level. For a long time, when this happened, I would take

a talk I wish I could give GPs called 'magic medicine' given to me by my grandmother.
My grandmother was a vet and she gave us a talk once called 'magic medicine.' ' I have operated on animals in all kinds of conditions, literally in pigs sty's sometimes and I have never been called back in see to an infection. I scrub my hands, lay out a sheet and my instruments have been boiled since

Cannabis and Cancer interesting reading for sure :)
Cannabis and Cancer, A Brief Introduction Part 1 Cannabis has a long history of co-treatment with conventional cancer treatments. Chemotherapy comes with a host of side effects such as nausea, vomiting, blisters, hair loss, appetite loss, and more. Treatment with cannabis during chemo might not help

RAI or Neomercazole
I have been diagnosed with Graves Disease and need to decided whether to try take the meds Neo-Mercozol for 18-24months which I believe as a 50% chance of working or RAI. I am so confused. Has anyone had success on Meds? Has someone done RAI and wished they didnt?
