Thr92Ala Dio2 Gene Anybody have it? How to treat it? Any Tips on Adrenal Fatigue Cures

Hi all Anybody I have Genes rs12885300CC + rs225014CC ( Thr92Ala) blood levels show in ranges but I have all the Hypo symptoms Based on the genes First Endo put me on extremely high T4 doses built up to 400mcg worked for a while then symptoms came back tests on 400mg showed extremely high RT3 + T4 + T3 Next a functional type doc is saying go T3 only tried 10mg feel too wired adrenals are flat so he added Cortisone maybe 10mcg twice a day which I felt better on and can tolerate t3 a little better but still feeling great

So I did some research mainly on the Thr92Ala gene seems you need t4 and T3 so I'm wondering has anyone tried this combi with this type of genes and if so what was an example of your starting does of t4 + t3 ? also did you need to build up your adrenals? Did you feel good on the combi? and I presume the testing after is trying to keep blood levels of t4 t3 in the high ref ranges? Did you need any other nutrients like iodine selenium etc? Thanks for any advice!
