Multiplex immunotherapy

This just popped up in my inbox. They seem to have achieved astonishing results with "multiplex" immunotherapy. Short and well worth a listen.

Wow, fantastic results 👍🤗 The evidence is really starting to show that attacking the cancer from multiple vectors also shows much more promising results 🙏🥳

I really see the growing evidence that immunotherapy is the future path of killing off many types of cancer, using or helping the Bodies own immune system identifying and fighting cancer on its homefield 🙏

I talked about this a few months ago:.xtalks.com/syncromunes-inno...

In that case the doctor mentioned was part of dr Onik team. I would not be surprised if also the doc in your video was originally working with Onik (all these studies seem to be located in Florida...)

Sorry, must have missed it and I guess I searched for the wrong thing.

No prob! It was more than 6 months ago. I am glad there are more studies trying to leverage our own immuno response. Later today I will post about the latest on 67Cu. I admit I am a bit anxious lately. I see a lot being done but I have the feeling I won't be able to access those treatments 😟

Travel would be necessary I guess. Likely expensive as well.

We will see. I am hoping for some aussie trials that in the future could enroll in the UK.

Anyway the study I just linked was fast tracked by FDA

Pretty impressive phase 1 results.

The clinical trial is called Legion-100, currently in phase 1b.

The FDA cleared an investigational new drug application for SYNC-T SV-102 for those with metastatic CRPC in May 2024. Prior phase 1 data showed that the treatment produced an objective response rate of 85% among 13 evaluable patients, which included complete responses in 5 and partial responses in 6. Additionally, complete resolution of bone metastases occurred in 54% of patients. Investigators reported that the treatment was well tolerated and yielded no significant safety concerns.

We have our clinical trial with Syncromune; it is the LEGION-100 trial. That’s for prostate cancer; [we are] doing cryolysis with an injection of immunotherapy. I don’t know if there are any others that are doing the same type of thing. There’s been a lot of people who looked at these things where you could do ablation and inject immunotherapy simultaneously. There’s been other studies as well.

Done! I wonder how much it would cost… on those results I’d be happy to try it out.

I found out that with US trials is not the cost of the treatment per se, it's the cost of living there for example for 6 months

but is t this treatment for 30 days?

Not sure, in the first part of the presentation when discussing the first patient that had a complete response it was a single treatment!

This slide shows up to 12 monthly treatments based on patient response.

well...if you want a kind of recap and you have one hour to spare (nothing to do with immune therapy but real life cases): youtube.com/watch?v=Q8VUcP_...
