Rashes
I've only been back on
imbruvica
for about 2 weeks now. The rash isn't scaling like the last one, now more itchy. Tired of trying to get the doctors to understand. According to them,
imbruvica
isn't causing it.

Medication issues
I have had CLL FOR 8 years, was on
Imbruvica
for six years, off now. But my platelets were down 33 , went on Prednisone for two weeks, platelets up to 129. . My doctor would like me to go on Promticia. Anyone else on it?

Effect of Steroids on WBC
I have been on
Imbruvica
for two years and two months. I have been responding very well to treatment with my numbers going down to the normal range. Over two month ago I was prescribed some steroids to help with severe lower back pain. I have taken 20 pills, 5 mg each for a total of 100 mg.

I hear "remission" ?
Diet and exercise is all I can contribute to the effectiveness of
Imbruvica
which I take since 3 1/2 years.

TSH ?
CLL, age 87,
IMBRUVICA
: Doing well after 3 years. My hematologist offered me to come every month for labs, and I asked him to include TSH to monitor my hypothyroidism , to spare me trips to the lab of my primary doctor. The TSH was in January: "HIGH" 5.29 (055-3.89).

CLL the unexpected.
Well my husband started
Imbruvica
on Oct 5 with wbc at 300,00. The week of Dec 20 his hands, fingers, and wrist broke out with an inflamed almost like a blood blister rash. Doctor took him off
Imbruvica
and started him on prednisone on Jan 6. His wbc was down to 11,600. Great!
