This image is the start of the husband’s rash around December 20 and the reason that the dr had him stop taking the Imbruvica. The sores kind of multiplied and merged and got bigger over a few days. They seemed deep and inflamed and painful…I wanted to post back then but guess I was kind of timid being new to all this. Even now all the skin is peeling where they were and it is still reddish.

Hi GrannyMyers,
-
That sounds familiar to me, I had a similar reaction to Ibrutinib in 2015, and after a 4 week pause I restarted Ibrutinib and the rash came roaring back. So we stopped Ibrutinib permanently and I switched to Venetoclax in 2016 - no rash or other side effects.
-
2 weeks ago my doctor had me add Acalabrutinib / Calquence to the Venetoclax, and I have had no rash so far. I am off to see Dr. Furman in the next hour.
