I was diagnosed stage 4 unmutated Nov 2020, started immediately on Obinatuzamab and Ibrutinib, no issues. However, after six months I had mild knee swelling but impact on movement but my consultant moved me to acalabrutinib and so far zero side effects, in remission and living a full pre covid pre cll lifestyle and enjoying every minute, I don't even bother to call and check my monthly bloods anymore, I am sure they will if there is a issue. Keep safe.
