UPDATE: deciding to freeze our pair of day 3 embryos
We did a short protocol
ICSI
cycle this month (just 7 days of menopur) and now have 2 developing embryos that we have to freeze for future FET.

IUI or IVF with donor sperm? Advice needed please
We’ve been through 3 rounds of
ICSI
using my husbands sperm but we never get past day 3 so we’ve decided to try a donor this time. We have no experience with IUI and I know it works for some, but we think IVF will give us a better chance. Our clinic suggested IUI due to me having regular periods.

Private FET
I had
icsi
last year and had my daughter in December. Our plan was always to have a FET in September/October time as we would like a small age gap and incase we aren’t successful.

Hydrocele experiences?
We are currently going through
ICSI
treatment. A few years ago my husband was diagnosed with a hydrocele and a ‘bulking head of the tube carrying sperms’ after finding a lump, blood in his semen and pain.

Feeling deflated and needing a boost of positivity!
Previously we had always done short protocols as I have PCOS and
ICSI
as husband has DNA fragmentation. This has been our first long protocol go. Overall felt much better in myself throughout the stimms and we were feeling on a high yesterday after our egg collection, as they got 29 eggs.

UPDATE: day 3 embryo + day 5 blast
So it has been nearly a week since our egg collection and
ICSI
for future FET, and although we decided to freeze our only two successfully fertilized eggs on Day 3, which was Sunday, the clinic informed us that one of them couldn't be frozen yet because it only had 7 cells on the morning of Day 3 still

From 10 eggs to 6 mature to 3 fertilised
Got a call in the afternoon to say 6 were mature and were injected via
ICSI
. Phone call this morning to say 3 have fertilised normally. A bit disappointed going from 10 to 3 but I realise that it is normal for the numbers to drop off.

Partners attendance on Egg Collection day
Considering he's paid thousands to the clinic also for
ICSI
IVF and he won't be there for me or to hear all of the information they tell me, but rather hear it 2nd hand from me which is not the same especially as I'll probably be sleepy.

We finally made it - birth announcement - sensitive
Hi all, I hope this isn’t triggering - but I loved seeing the birth announcements on here after our IVF
ICSI
to give me some hope. Austin arrived into the world on Tuesday morning at 6:00am.

Overwhelmed with love 💕 I’m back again due to start my IVF
ICSI
journey again in August! I’m soo nervous but excited at the same time because I know how hard it is emotionally.

No left ovary on scan
Hi all, I just had a follow up scan and blood test appointment after a failed
ICSI
cycle. I had scans throughout my first
ICSI
treatment. There had been no problems in finding my ovaries, but today the nurse couldn’t find my left ovary.
