No bleed down regging? IVF

Icsi Ivf friends: Has anyone ever not bled on buserilin and down regged correctly and move onto stims without a bleed? Day 10 and nothing.

Hi Kellylouisela1, I didn’t have a bleed until Day18, I had a scan on Day12 and was asked to continue for at least another week after which if still no bleed they would give an additional medication to help bring on the bleed. So just keep taking your Buserelin and let your clinic know that you are still waiting on the bleed. Good luck with your cycle 🤗

Yes, everything else is going to plan. The down reg and bleed allows the clinic to then plan the next steps. Hang in there, fingers crossed 🤞🏼 it all goes smoothly from this point onwards. xx

I am also on buserelin at the moment and didn’t have my bleed until day 12 .

Thanks hun! I have the starting of it but literally it’s like the tiniest bit of spotting then nothing- driving me crazy! What day are you on now? I have my scan day 16 so still 5 days to get this over with xx

I am on day 16 today . Had my down regulation scan yesterday. Also had bloods took as they found a couple of cysts on my ovaries . Hopefully bloods come back ok today and I can start menopur injections tomorrow . Fingers crossed !

I spotted for a day or so so don’t worry it will come xx

Down regulation does delay the bleed a bit so hang on in there, Im sure its not too far away!xx

Yes before I started so defo not x

I didn’t bleed so ended up going for a scan and was pregnant!
