Entresto and dizzyness
Mitchell had his
ICD
fitted last week and all went well, What i would like to ask members is He started Entresto on a low starter dose of 24mg/26mg today he has been really dizzy, By that i mean when he gets up from the armchair and walks 10 steps or so, I think it is a BP drop that is causing this

After laparoscopy support
Last week I had my first lap surgery. When I was woken up from the anesthetic my surgeon said she found endo behind my womb and treated it. I expected this as the pain was around the rectal area. She also inserted the mirena coil which I had previously agreed on should she find any endo during surgery

Period issues
I recently had gotten the hormonal coil, and 3 weeks later I had to get it removed as one the worst periods of my life nearly pushed it out completely, I was gonna get a new one the same day however it hurt 10x more than the first time I had it inserted. If the coil doesn't help my periods I'm running

Hormone testing and Endo
I just wanted to share with you – I've just been to a private clinic to get my hormones tested and it's come back with very low testosterone and low oestrogen, I'm also waiting for my laparoscopy at the moment and planning on having the coil at the same time. Has anyone else looked into their hormone

Copper coil
I’ve had the copper coil since November 2019 and I’ve had my periods as normal (apart from being more painful and a few day’s longer) but I’ve had pretty bad spotting in between my periods with maybe 2-3 days between periods where I’m not spotting. It’s a really dark brown/black and had the consistency

Update after Lap
Hi After having my Lap on 27th Feb I was worried about nothing being found but on my discharge notes it advised filmy adhesions on pouch of Douglas but not treated as didn't think that it would be causing the pain would this be right? Also suspected Adenomyosis as bulky uterus the coil was fitted & to

Need some knowledge please!
So I may have endometriosis, I just got back from a&e after calling 111 from the amount of pain I’ve been in. Been sent home with a box of codeine and told it’s probably my hormones and if I have endometriosis it’ll also be that. However I still don’t know the root problem for it all. I’m grateful for

Not sure how they're going to help
Hi guys, sorry to ask more questions! But you guys know far more than anyone else! I've had an ultrasound 2 days ago so just waiting for the results to this. I'm also being tested for thrombophilia as they are reluctant to put me on the pill due to a relative having a clot. I'm worried that I'm going

*New Here* Mirena Coil and Acne!
Hi all, I’ve had the mirena coil for about 11 months now. My Gynaecologist suggested it to decrease my endometriosis symptoms. I love the coil, I have barely any pain, hardly any periods and since I work in musical theatre it means I can live my life! HOWEVER, gradually over the year I have gotten awful

Follow up post laparoscopy
Can anyone advise on standard procedure for follow up post lap? I had mine in October and have been battling the system trying to get my biopsy report sent to my GP so their records are updated. I've had no follow up since the day I left the hospital with my confirmation that they had found Stage II

Struggling to cope 😢
Hi 👋, I’m new on here. Just thought I’d share my story. I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis about 8 years ago now after years of being told ibs. I had keyhole surgery to remove the endometriosis. They then recommended the contraceptive pill which I was taking for 7 years then I had to stop taking
