Ectopic anxiety

I was informed a few months before my last ICD check up that I had ectopic beats. Not so great news as, you guessed it, anxiety set in and my sleep pattern was totally messed up. I accept that Covid has made me far more anxious at times. Late night TV watching and trying to doze off through pure fatigue. At the physical consultation more than a month ago I was given a 24 hour Holter monitor. No feedback until a telephone call March 1st this year. So, trying to lull myself to sleep via gentle comedy netflix material. If I get 6 hours, I usually feel somewhat refreshed the next day. Trying to see if a better balanced diet and walking will make a difference. Best wishes to you. Feel sure the better weather and better outlook about confinement will help us all!!!

You may well have already but if not check out Sanjay Gupta on you tube. He knows an awful lot about ectopics. I did a weeks holter with him and got the results yesterday. Not as many as I had imagined. good luck.
