Between 2 appointments, frustration building!
Surely if I’m bradycardiac anyway a beta blocker won’t help & the
icd
will fire me up? Stopping the amiodarone is a concern as nothing has happened to me since September & that’s the only different drug from then to now? Thanks.

So I may have endometriosis, I just got back from a&e after calling 111 from the amount of pain I’ve been in. Been sent home with a box of codeine and told it’s probably my hormones and if I have endometriosis it’ll also be that. However I still don’t know the root problem for it all. I’m grateful for

Not sure how they're going to help
Hi guys, sorry to ask more questions! But you guys know far more than anyone else! I've had an ultrasound 2 days ago so just waiting for the results to this. I'm also being tested for thrombophilia as they are reluctant to put me on the pill due to a relative having a clot. I'm worried that I'm going

*New Here* Mirena Coil and Acne!
Hi all, I’ve had the mirena coil for about 11 months now. My Gynaecologist suggested it to decrease my endometriosis symptoms. I love the coil, I have barely any pain, hardly any periods and since I work in musical theatre it means I can live my life! HOWEVER, gradually over the year I have gotten awful

Follow up post laparoscopy
Can anyone advise on standard procedure for follow up post lap? I had mine in October and have been battling the system trying to get my biopsy report sent to my GP so their records are updated. I've had no follow up since the day I left the hospital with my confirmation that they had found Stage II

Struggling to cope 😢
Hi 👋, I’m new on here. Just thought I’d share my story. I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis about 8 years ago now after years of being told ibs. I had keyhole surgery to remove the endometriosis. They then recommended the contraceptive pill which I was taking for 7 years then I had to stop taking

Anyone with both endometriosis and pcos??
Hi, I have diagnosed endometriosis. Because I got diagnosed a few years and have been trying to figure out how to live with it (had surgeries, am on Mirena coil etc) I never thought about continuing to research my symptoms. However it's been made apparent to me lately it is possible to have pcos as well

Driving License Revoked because of ICD implantation ... is that normal?
The
ICD
part as a precaution. No one in my medical team warned me that this could stop me driving - just that I had to inform DVLA. Imagine my shock this morning to receive a letter saying my licence has been revoked and I can’t reapply for at least 6 months!!

Don’t let fear ruin your life: how to stop the anxiety spiralling out of control.
As the coronavirus proliferates on a global scale, worry and panic is on the rise. And it is no wonder when we are constantly being told how to best protect ourselves from being infected. But how do you stay safe in this climate and simultaneously make sure that the fear doesn’t take over your life,

Hi,I have recently been diagnosed with stage 3/4. Previously tried different pain killers, coil etc. Pain killers don't even touch the pain. I have been bleeding everyday since the coil was fitted. I want to have surgery but my Gynocologist didn't seem keen. How can I push this?
