Too fast follicle growth
The clinic told me to take
ibuprofen
to avoid ovulation over the weekend. I will see them on Monday for another scan. Wouldn’t
ibuprofen
have an impact on the quality of the egg? I’ve been avoiding it for the last two years as I read it impacts the follicles.

Swollen Knee
I can't take
ibuprofen
because of meds I'm on. So what do I do? Just cope with this big fat swollen knee?? I'm a pretty active person, I don't run anymore so ignore the username (I should probably change it!). I do lots of hiking and biking and strength training.

osteoporosis pain medication
The gp offered me codeine morphine etc but I can’t touch those or
ibuprofen
style medicine so I was wondering if anyone has been prescribed alternatives to opioids and I do not get on with tramadol either and haven’t tolerated never pain meds so I’m worried there isn’t much left.

Rising PSA on taxotere
He has an increase in back pain in the last month, but gets relief with rest and
Ibuprofen
. I don't feel like we have time to waste on treatments that don't work. Are we right in that assumption? We have an appointment next week with the PA. What questions should we prepare? Any advice?

Tips for living with endo & fibromyalgia?
Having
ibuprofen
and strong co codamol on bad days. I am reluctant to keep adding medications into the mix to be honest. My Nan takes gabapentin and said that she gets withdrawals if she misses a night so that really puts me off! Everyone in my family has also had a bad time with amitriptyline.

Diagnosis Issue
I saw a gynae for the first time in Nov 2021 who basically told me I should take
ibuprofen
and lose weight (I am overweight but not horrendously). She said she’d speak to me again in 3 months to see how I was getting on. 3 months on and no appointment came through.

Noise Induced Tinnitus - H E L P!!!!
Advised to take
ibuprofen
& see how I go. I then started to experience intermittent ear pain which settled until one day I went to work (I work in an open plan office), & my ears were hurting. This went on for a few days before settling, & then returning again.

Vulnerable or not?
Then my rheumatology nurse rang to say she had been contacted by NHS covid 119 to provide antivirals but that I was not eligible and then told me to stop taking
ibuprofen
and go to A & E if I felt worse, then lectured me about people overusing antibiotics. Which I felt was terrible advice.

There was mild pain, but nothing Paracetamol and
Ibuprofen
didn’t help with. The night-time erections are a killer, but once the stitches started to come away that pain eased. My previous posts will tell you anything else about those few weeks.

Headache?
If two hours pass and no relief I take two
ibuprofen
. If two more hours pass with no relief I try acupuncture. Sometimes that works but sometimes not. I can't find a commonality to explain the headache. I wondered if the solitary beer at night was enough to cause a hangover.
