Ibrutinib and Hematomas
Has anyone had issues with developing hematomas while on
Ibrutinib
? I started the med on August 28th and almost immediately started bruising from even the tiniest bump...nasty bruises with hard knots in the middle of each bruise.

Narrow angles diagnosed in my eyes
I have been on
Ibrutinib
for 8 months now with just mild reactions such as heartburn, nails. What I was wondering if the
Ibrutinib
could've contributed to this build up of pressure in my eyes and if anyone else has had their eyes change while on
Ibrutinib

Her hematologist has agreed to start her on

beginning with Ibrutinib
Next week i will begin with
Ibrutinib
, as told i am igvh and p53 mutated .RC , platelels are good . Inmunoglobulins down the normal , but no infections. Some large Lynph nodes in my abdomen that may risk organs and higher creatinine and uric acid than normal are the reason to begin treatment.

Any advice about erratic heart beat while on Ibrutinib?
I have been on Imbruvica for a couple of years, having constant irregular heart beats (AFIB) all day long and it is getting worse. Doctor wants to give me Beta Blockers that lesson the occurrences of AFIB. Are there any other solutions, not quite so drastic? Thanks Barger1951

Ibrutinib (Imbruvica) fatigue
Hi, does anyone have any tips to combat the fatigue from Imbruvica? I am a 47 year old male with 2 young daughters and a demanding sales job. I do not have time to nap and it does not really help me anyway. Was on W&W for 8 years but due to WBC elevating to 110 and swollen LN and spleen last summer

Cdiff and pancolitis during ibrutinib treatment
His symptoms became progressively worse, after approximately 3 weeks he was diagnosed with cdiff and pan colitis He has since stopped the
ibrutinib
and started antibiotics for cdiff. Is this something that would have been caused by
ibrutinib
? I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced this.

28 Days on Ibrutinib
Yesterday was exactly 4 weeks since beginning
Ibrutinib
for my leukaemia. It’s a journey I should have started many months before I did.

CD49d
From what I gather so far on the internet cd49d + makes it more difficult for
ibrutinib
to do its job and suggests shoter overall survival. Do you find this to be a useful marker? Does it imply anything else? Trying to tease bits of info out of dense articles.

Leg and arm cramps
I was diagnosed a year ago in July and am waiting on a second opinion to start treatment on either chemo for 6 rounds or
ibrutinib
. I went through the CLL society's free 2nd opinion link. mAny thoughts on either would be helpful I think. Thanks and God bless.
