Coming of Ibrutinib
Hi There, I have been on
Ibrutinib
for CLL for five years now, I have never felt really well while taking it and still suffer from fatigue and I do not really enjoy doing things anymore although I make the effort to live as normal life as possible.

Medical Alerts??
I have been on
Ibrutinib
for 10 days and have seen dramatic results already. Question: Do any of you carry medical alert cards to identify your condition and to inform about the meds you’re on? Just wondering since the risk of bleeding is greater with the
Ibrutinib
.

Ibrutinib and Obinutuzumab with Venetoclax
He was given info. about the clinical trial which adds Venetoclax to
Ibrutinib
and Obinutuzmab. Half of the participants will receive the Venetoclax. His other option is to be given just the
Ibrutinib
. We do not know how to make this decision.

Ibrutinib = remission, you just need to be patient.
You may have noticed in my earlier post that I gave a time that my husband had been receiving
Ibrutinib
, which I think I said was a little over 3 years, I was wrong.

Blotches
Been on
ibrutinib
for 2 years, and haven't noticed anyone else at clinic with them, they start as a purple colour, then turn red, then start to fade away, then come back again mostly on my hands and lower arms ?

Ibrutinib side effects
Hello everyone, My dad is 78 year old and started
Ibrutinib
Since past 3 months. He is having severe diarrhea like 30-35 stools. His appetite has gone down. He looks very weak as he is not eating much. His lymphocytes went from 50k to 200k during this 3 month time.

We complain about the cost of drugs - but it's nothing new
Not that could buy quite a few years of
Ibrutinib
even without insurance!! https://wallethub.com/edu/the-financial-cost-of-smoking-by-state/9520/ This is an unlocked post.

Where Imbruvica (ibrutinib) is made
Wonder where Imbruvica (
ibrutinib
) is made in China? Take a 360deg virtual tour or watch their promo video... https://www.lonza.com/custom-manufacturing/capabilities-overview/our-sites/guangzhou-nansha-china.aspx ~chris 🇨🇦

Anyone out there with this combination!
I've had CLL for 6 years and been on
Ibrutinib
successfully for 3. However I was diagnosed with Liomyosarcoma in December last year and am currently being treated with Doxirubacin and Olaratumab. I am told there is no link between these 2 diseases as yet.

On Ibrutinib w/microscopic urinary bleeding -- and normal platelet count. So wondering?
I've been on
Ibrutinib
for almost a year, and wondering if its likely related. But most Dr.'s say no, since my platelets are good. Does anyone have insight to this?

Clinical trials
Hi, As many of you know, I am alive today because of my entering two phase I clinical trials, one for PCI-32765 that later became known as
ibrutinib
and another for a CAR-T drug. Clinical trials are always great, right? Well Dr.
