Do women with endo still go through the menopause despite the high levels of oestrogen?? and medical negligence...
But I had a
hysterectomy
4 years ago, they removed my womb, cervix, tubes and one ovary. 7 months after the surgery they discovered a new endometrioma in the healthy ovary and now I wonder why I was never offered progestogen to prevent regrowth of endometriosis??

Advised to have hysterectomy (stage 4 DIE endo) had hormone treatment instead?
Also did your endo remain 'stable' or did you end up having the
hysterectomy
anyway? Thank you so much for taking the time to read xxx

Stomach problems
I had my
hysterectomy
last July and then six sessions of chemo which finished last November. Since February this year I have been taking Niraparib and not been to bad. However over the last couple of months I have had stomach pain which has been intermittent but seems to be more frequent recently.

Asking a question on behalf of my Mum with regards to a hysterectomy. Ladies who have had it what did you keep?
I was just wondering if anyone who has had a
hysterectomy
has any advice for her and also if they kept anything when they had it done and if so why? Many thanks in advance!

Clothing for endo
I had a
hysterectomy
back in March and because I have endo on my bowel, I’m still suffering so much with my stomach, including really bad bloating 😔 my job involves me standing on my feet all day and I’m struggling to even find comfortable smart trousers with elasticated waists.

Levothyroxine V Progesterone/Estrogen dominance?
I always assumed I didn’t need progesterone as I’ve had a
hysterectomy
. However, I recently discovered the key role that progesterone plays in thyroid health.

zoladex
Latest treatment for me is that I’ve been put on zoladex with the view to a full
hysterectomy
in 6 months time. I’m worried about the fast onset of menopause. Any advice? Many Thanks 😊

Stable Angina or Microvascular? Should I ask for further tests?
I did however have to have a
hysterectomy
a few years ago and have gone through the menopause (or could still be going through it, who knows - I'm on HRT).

Zalkya and mood
I’m stage 4, avoiding Prostap but listed for
hysterectomy
. I’m on Zalkya but the thing I feared most is happening. The depression. Anyone taking it and experienced the same: does it get better? Thanks

Endo and oestrogen and risk for blood clots
It was discovered during my
hysterectomy
in 2019. I developed a PE 6 days after surgery and I am now on blood thinners for life. I have been suffering with horrible brain fog, difficulty concentrating and remembering. I get confused because I don't remember things sharply.

Feeling nervous
Hi I'm Kate, I have recently been diagnosed with OC following non urgent
hysterectomy
for ovarian cyst and endometriosis which was thought to be non suspicious. It is stage 1c and CT was normal so that's reassuring. I have appointment today with gynae to discuss further surgery.

hysterectomy
? I’m not actually in any mega pain even though it sounds like my insides are a right mess, but im worried im gonna end up with a bowel problems if I leave things. Has anyone else got similar diagnosis but wasn’t in much pain?

Help with blood test results please
I have been on HRT for a year and recently had a
hysterectomy
. Can these affect thyroid? Or do we need less thyroxine as we get older? Can I reduce my antibodies somehow? I’m just stabbing in the dark, that’s why I’ve come here. Many thanks

New to this - need advice
Have been told full
hysterectomy
, ablation or mirena coil. Mirena caused 12 weeks constant bleeding last time and was removed so don’t want it again. New diagnosis of possible endometriosis but long wait for referral.
