Hi I had a total knee replacement March 2017 i have been in extreme pain of varying degrees ever since. Can anyone offer any advice???
Hi, I had emergency bowel surgery a few weeks back - it was twisted bowel and they removed that section. After 2 weeks in hospital I was discharged. My stomach was so swollen nearly 2 weeks later (I looked 6 months pregnant). I am now back in hospital and after a scan have been told I'm badly constipated

I have had this symptom for 14 years got diagnosed in December 2014 by a physiotherapist at holy cross hospital so I now do a exercise regime in a hydrotherapy pool which works as you gain muscle to help with your conditions and now I have found a painkiller that works for me is tramulief sr 100mg twice

Panic attack and choking striking again
I thought
hypnotherapy
and CBT had tackled the problem, but apparently I still have work to do. I feel so disappointed in myself, so powerless... What else can I do?

A good little update
Since my little scare with my spirometer results a few months ago (I had a false reading of 37 percent, but more recently confirmed actually 60 percent ) I've not smoked and had some
hypnotherapy
to help. I've been able to get out on my bike and really make some progress!

Anxiety Is Ruining My Life
I have tried everything from medications, CBT,
hypnotherapy
, BWRT, NLP. While they have all aided in making day to day life easier I still can't get past being outside my comfort zone.

Thyroid and anxiety
Hello. I have only recently discovered there is something out of whack with my thyroid. I have had anxiety and panic for about two years. I now know there is a link between thyroid and anxiety. I wondered if anyone else had experienced anxiety as a result of thyroid health not as a result of mental health

Endo, IBS and vulvodynia = No energy... has anyone tried hypnotherapy or other therapies??
I have read about people with endometriosis using
hypnotherapy
to help with motivation to exercise and that exercise really helps symptoms. Anyone have any experience of this? Or other ideas?

I feel defeated.
I am thinking of trying
hypnotherapy
soon. I am sceptical but I am also desperate. Very very desperate. I have tried counselling before which didn't help much. I had a couple of sessions with a psychologist but these services are not available where I am living now.

Such debilitating anxiety
I have mostly kept it under control with CBT and
hypnotherapy
. However, over the last year I have gotten myself to the point of despair, I am having 5-10 panic attacks EVERY single day.

Just figured out my brain is controlling my emotions. Ha! Anxiety 101
(its expensive for counseling,
hypnotherapy
, medication....and my favorite...the ER visits to find out nothing is wrong. Negative Things I've realized. Your mind is super powerful it controls everything about you. Breathing can cause more anxiety.

It never ends... constant breathing issues, muscle tension, dizzy
I'm so exhausted from these symptoms. I am a smart woman, my life is not bad at all but I have this demon called GAD that follows me everywhere. I have suffered with anxiety since I was 15. I'm 36 now. It's just gotten worse as my life gets better. Makes no dang sense! I'm battling serious breathing

Diet difficulties
I keep reading how the right diet is the key to feeling better and losing weight with thyroid/adrenal issues. To make a long story short, I have tried and failed to have a well balanced gluten and sugar free diet for many years. It has been a source of both frustration and sadness that I beat myself
