Have you been switched to a biosimilar of Humira? If so, we'd really appreciate your views.
We would like to capture your views on how, if you’ve been switched to a biosimilar of
Humira
, that process has worked and been handled.

Suffering on Humira
I have had four
Humira
infusions. The first three really did not help with my pain level but I wasn’t having any side effects. After my last injection (#5), I’ve had extreme shoulder pain, stiff painful neck and daily extreme headache. Are these typical symptoms of
Humira
?

Skin problem with humira
I started
humira
6 weeks ago, making shot every 2 weeks. Lately I discovered my skin is going very sensitive and swallow face in morning. First I was sure it is allergy but looks like I got more problems after
humira
. Did anyone have same problem? Do you have skin problems?

Biosimilars soon🤞🏼
I had been offered 3 but one was an infusion so am now down to a choice of 2, adalimimab(similar to
Humira
) and Etanercept(similar to Embrel)... also, needle or pen? Even though I’m on MTX subcutaneous I still “wind up” about self injecting & see it as a weekly hurdle..

Is Humira worth the risk?
My sister and I are trying to decide if
Humira
is worth the risk, as we are reading the indications and they can be pretty scary. Thanks for accepting me as part of the forum. My sister will join in, too!

Making decisions and trying not be fearful
Last Saturday, I started
Humira
which for me personally makes me nervous. I have had two injections in my SI joint (left and right side) Over the last two weeks which I was hoping would be helpful.

Humira prefilled injections
All of this was not in a vacuum, about the same time my insurance finally approved Injectable
Humira
!!!! I can't tell you how much better I feel!! When I wake up in the morning I can actually move my fingers and make a fist. I do my stretching exercises all over before I take that first step.

Advice needed on knee flare up :-(
I switched from
humira
to cimzia arounD the time of the flare up (with the intention of stopping my knee flare ups which I still had on
humira
every 6 months.) Any ideas what to do? I can’t see that living with a swollen knee is my new reality.

Cimzia injection - icing before injection? Legs or stomach?
I was on
humira
before and had no problem with the pen (it was easy and pain free), but the Cimzia hurts like heck and the thought of hurting myself makes me worried I’ll want to pull the needle out. Any tips to make it hurt less? Also do you prefer legs or stomach and why?

I was finally diagnosed with RA in 2008 and since then have tried to get the disease under control with many drugs including Methotrexate,
Humira
, Cimzia, Ro-Actemera. I have had some success but nothing seems to last.

New to this forum
I am currently taking a 40 mg dose of
Humira
every two weeks, oral methotrexate (8 tablets) every week, and folic acid. I have been experiencing extremely dry sinuses, dry eyes and very dry nose which is also very painful.

Have raised levels in immunology test and have to wait to take Humira to lower my immunity. But have tested positive for TB or latent TB.
As above. Has anyone conquered this? I'm already 44 and don't feel I have the months needed to sort these issues before trying IVF again.

Minor illnesses from kids while on Humira
I’ve been on
Humira
(adalimumab) for several years and it works really well for me. However, I have two small children and have recently been picking up illnesses from them. This has meant coming off the

, taking antibiotics, getting better and then starting the
Humira
again.
