Vitamin blood test
Hi I need to retest my Vitamins and Ferritin and Folate, Doctors will only test Vitamin D as they say the others were fine when they were tested earlier in the year. I was wondering who to use for this as there are so many options available. Cheers

I'm looking for info and reassurance from anyone on rivaroxaban concerning taking vitamin k2
I had bilateral PE in dec 2020 linked to covid. I'm on 10mgs rivaroxaban for life. I also have Pernicious anaemia and hashimotos thyroiditis, low vit d. I've looked on numerous groups regarding vit k2 but still unsure if its safe to take as a co factor to vit d, while taking rivaroxaban. I'm desperate

Hello Not sure where to start. I had some blood tests done through Blue Horizon because of many symptoms I thought were hyperthyroidism. I had, two years ago, finally managed to get my weight just above 9 stone. Then over the course of a month went down to 8 stone 4. Drenching night sweats were awful

Prostate Cancer and Vitamin D (again)
A friend sent me links to two videos, one of which has been posted here before. It's by Dr John Campbell, whom Tall_Allen has described as a "quack" and a "nurse teacher" for reasons I don't understand. OK, I understand he trains nurses. The second video, link below, is rather long (apologies) but is

I know most of you will have probably been involved with nhs weight management at some point so I wondered if this is the norm...I've had 3 zoom sessions in the last 18 months with a young guy who advised me to up my protein - which was low. Now at least 60g/day. He also said my calorie intake wasn't

No meds….yet
Hi New to this forum and RLS. Insomnia is crippling me and affecting everything from weight gain to cognitive abilities. I am desperately seeking sleep. GP has prescribed Quinine but little affect. Also on iron tablets, B12, Vit D, Magnesium. Next stop Ropinole. I’m scared to take this as there appears
