I am having a long awaited sunny one week break in fuertentura a lot of nice food and some drink!I'm up as my back is stiff

I cant lie in bed too long as I get very stiff and need to keep a vague routine .

The sun is really helpful,

Yesterday was our first full day

I'm going to recharge batteries and vitamin D

Unfortunately I have been walking too much as out hotel is a bit Remote

My right knee which I feel heavily on at home three or so months ago is playing up

Guess I get a routine x-ray on right knee after holiday.

It's clicking and pain is on inside margin of knee joint

I am going to Gran Canaria in about 10 days. I plan to do absolutely nothing.

Fuertentura , playa Esmeralda on Costa calma in h10 hotel playa Esmeralda.It's 23 /24degrees the sun is quite powerful so be careful !

it has lovely winds which we like. as it would be too hot without.

We went gran canaria once and stayed t a small resort called San Augustine

Gran canaria is more green.

We just prefer fuertentura as more relaxing and more attractive beaches

I'm doing a lot of reading and was doing a lot of walking until my right need starting saying no

I’m going to San Augustin! It’s my first time to the Canaries and looking forward to basking and swimming. May do Fuerteventura next time..

Which hotel in San Augustin?A small resort with a sand and part shingle beach quite a nice resort.

My friends go to bull hotel every year!! There we stayed in a cheaper one up the hill from there
