Hawthorn and Apixaban?
Stop using
hawthorn
at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery." I can't really ask my GP about this because last time I rang about the
Hawthorn
/ beta blocker scenario, he said he didn't even know what
Hawthorn
was and I gather GP surgeries will very rarely comment on herbal remedies.

I'm dodging low hanging
hawthorn
branches, their red hips trembling. The horses in the field next to me act like they've never seen a woman in lycra before. Spooky!

What next, if anything?
, magnesium, potassium, CoQ10 and
hawthorn
berry. I've ordered D-Ribose, but haven't tried it yet. If this is just something that I have to live with, so be it, but I'm not one to admit defeat. Thanks!

Enjoy W6 snaily slow! 🐌
Cool and fresh in the shadows, gently warm in the morning sun, dew drenched grass, (dew drenched toes), horses in the nearby field tearing up their breakfast buttercups and whoosh - snorting, birdsong everywhere, fading
hawthorn
flowers sprinkled with wild roses. Just wow!

First early morning run! 😳
... and it was so lovely amid birdsong, flowering
hawthorn
hedges and slightly hazy sunshine.

I ran for 28 mins!!!!
Just amazed at where c25k has got me to and believing I could do a park run sometime soon... the fact I’ve changed my route and the sun is making everything flower has definitely helped- cow parsley, wild garlic, bluebells and white
hawthorn
in the middle of Birmingham lifts the spirits! 💁🏻♀️😅

Everything you need is already inside you…
As I ran on along by the
Hawthorn
hedge behind the school, I thought of days bringing my own children to this school… days long past now; happy thoughts, but as some of you who have known me for a while, know, mingled with the merest trace of sadness.

More Herbal Info
I was just googling to make sure there was no problems taking
Hawthorn
while on anti-coagulants and found this which some of you may find interesting: https://napiers.net/natural-anticoagulants.html I actually tale Allicin (garlic) supplements so I'd better ask my GP whether it is okay to continue

Three don’ts, two do’s and one thank you!
A last, long look at the sea as I reach the end of the Esplanade and then a walk back up the hill and home… the heavy scent of
Hawthorn
and Honeysuckle in the hedges as I pass… still walking lightly, no laboured breathing as I reach the top of the hill and then yes, a moment of madness… I run, ever so

Are complementary therapies helpful for AF?
I've also tried magnesium oil (as a spray onto skin), and
Hawthorn
Extract pills - neither of which had any effect. Just wondering if anyone's found anything useful?

The early morning has gold in its mouth….
. :) No sense of smugness, just sheer delight:) Then I continued, turning along the walkway past the school, the
Hawthorn
hedge thick now, the Yellow play Galleon becalmed on the black tarmac ocean. Through the small estate and out onto Old Road.

I have my own little world...but it's okay...
My Nan used to tell me, I should never sit and fall asleep under a
Hawthorn
tree for fear of fairies stealing me.. I think of this, and smile. But... the plan. ABBA and I... off we go.
