Harvoni

Hello,I had Hepatitis C as a child and was cured by taking Harvoni 5 years ago. 2 weeks ago I went to the ER with symptoms of confusion, not being able to speak or move much, and extreme nausea. They did a bunch of neurological tests and some routine blood work. Turns out my ALT was 1,148.

I contracted hepatitis C aparently around 30 years ago Hi I do have severe fatigue, terrible muscle and join pains and brainfog My liver is Ok though I started a course of 8 weeks of Harvoni 6 weeks ago Can somebody tell me when I may beguin to feel better?

Good morning :) Eight weeks and one day into my twelve week course of Harvoni and one of my lovely liver nurses called me yesterday evening.. (They work long hours and late days).

I am being prescribed Harvoni which is undoubtedly the best medicine for my hep c... I cannot wait. Such a relief.

Has anyone heard of the Hepatitis C medication Harvoni causing CLL? I was treated with it in 2015. I have CBC tests from 2014 and 2015 showing normal lymphocytes. The first elevated CBC panel I can find is 2016. I see my numbers still elevated in 2018. I was diagnosed in 2021.

Then in 2014 when Harvoni was FDA approved I convinced him to start treatment. He cured with 12 weeks treatment but having stage 4 cirrhosis at EOT. 2 years post treatment he had improved to stage 2.

I achieved svr on Harvoni 3 years ago..before treatment I had stage 4 fibrosis and low platelet count around 70 to 80 mark..since svr I continued to have low platelet count but blood were normal..I recently had an upper endoscopy that showed stage 1 varacies that were not there before treatment

My bad, Harvoni was the new drug that after years thinking I would die from Hep C , vuala, they came up with a cure, Your Not Alone.l

I treated w Harvoni for 8 weeks and was cured. Now I am left with NASH and other liver issues. I'd love to k oy how you all treat your pain or eating to keep your liver from getting worse. I also have severe diverticulosis and bad ibs-d. Goid health to you all!

Haven't had medical issues my whole life until last year when I was diagnosed with HepC and treated for same with Harvoni, and now this. Toss in our own batch of life's stress, add the side effects of ADT, and well, I guess I have some work to do in that department.

I contracted Hep C, which recently I got rid of with the Harvoni program. Does anyone else have the bladder connection to RLS and can anyone recommend something for the itches? Thanks Ross

He was denied harvoni because he won't quit drinking. They live in a tent, and I assume have a soup kitchen diet. When I saw him 3 months back, he just looked waxy skin. Weathered, but had energy, and constantly exercises, due to homelessness.

After completing 12 weeks Harvoni my test came back with the same>15 undetectd. 1year later its the same numbers >15 but detected. Any one else?

Hi all quick update I have finished the Harvoni some weeks back yesterday my viral load had dropped from over 2 mill to 10 and as I've had a further 4 weeks since then my nurse felt it was going to be undetected by next results ..I did feel better but you never know the little voice in your head is sometimes

I finished Harvoni in January. I had my blood tested last week and I am now cured. I contracted Hep C in 1981 after I had a blood transfusion after child birth. It has been a long year since it was discoverd during a routine health exam. My blood test showed elevated liver enzymes.

I took my last tablet on Sunday ..I have no idea what the results are yet as my next appointment isn't till 30 th of this month and they were not back when I picked up second lot of meds ..I feel a lot better in myself and apart from a few dizzy spells I've been fine ..I definitely am not so tired so

My body over 18 months bed bound will take some undoing,to finish on a positive,after all that,my Harvoni treatment was successful in every way to be kept separate from other ailments so as not to blame the treatment for other complications, it worked and I can move forward knowing that isn't dragging

I finished Harvoni treatment x 8 weeks, 1 week ago today. Hep C Genotype 1 a. 2.5 million down to 110 in 4 weeks, Undetectable at 6 weeks. It's all good folks. Have had some facial swelling and joint stiffness. Other than that,bloods came back undetected. Goodluck to EVERYONE. You can do this.

I just started harvoni!! Omg. I have never been so exhausted in my life. I also have headaches, diarrhea and even swollen joints. Any advice on how to cope

I took my last Harvoni today,that's it for me, Got bloods and follow ups to come bit for the most part I'm finished my treatment.
