Haemoglobin
is creeping up now 1.5,Haematocrit is 0.50 needs to be 0.45. I don't take any iron supplements but have been drinking Actimel, now know it's crap and won't do that anymore. So I guess that is a factor.

Blood pressure treatment - Irbesartan
These tablets can cause "decreased levels of a protein found in red blood cells (
haemoglobin
)." This is noted as a common side effect - up to 1 in 10 people. These tablets can cause "reduced number of platelets".

Look after yourself!
So today saw me at the GP for myself (felt a bit self indulgent tbh) and I've got low
haemoglobin
, low vitamin levels, possibly due to Covid a couple of months ago, but no doubt aided and abetted by current situation at home.

Breakthrough in laboratory production of red blood cells towards saving lives of those with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia in the future
While there's a buffer of 20 before
haemoglobin
drops below 80 and red blood cell transfusions are required, some of us may still require transfusions to avoid organ damage from lack of oxygen.

Any comments on slightly high haemoglobin in relation to other numbers in this report
She’s now on 75mcg of levo and her thyroid function is improving. I’ve read that Hashi hypos benefit from ferritin being high, ditto all nutrients, so are her folate and B12 a little compromised? Test done according to protocol advised here.

Haemoglobin
105 A few days ago I had more bloods Platelets still decreasing so now I’m moving to every 3 weeks!!!!🤗🤗🤗 Unfortunately the
haemoglobin
hasn’t increased. Is this because I’m having 1 teaspoon of honey a day instead of two? Time will tell next appointment in late October.
